Todd is a great guy and he's the only one I've been able to find in SLO County to fix a Samsung oven because Samsung has no authorized repair shops here. He does seem to be pretty busy, so sometimes it's hard to get ahold of him. But when I called him today, he responded quickly and was nearby, so he came right over. Turns out the oven needed a new igniter, and it's working great again.

Called this guy yesterday, Because my oven isn't working came home from work because he was supposed to come this afternoon in between 12-3 p.m. and it looks to me that he never showed. He is horrible at communicating over the phone he never called me or my landlord. Not only that but I just got a hold of him on the phone and he turned around and tried to lie about the time he said he was gonna be here and said no I told you 2 to 4 PM and it's 421 and he's still not here. The man has no integrity whatsoever. His name is Paul by the way and he turned around and tried to lie about what he told me yesterday and he's trying to say something totally different today I highly highly recommend that you do not use this guy and you call Morro Bay appliance or central coast appliance this guy sucks

I contacted this repairman 2 weeks ago. He came out and diagnosed my oven, charged me $59 and told me he would have the part by Friday, on Monday I called him again and he said it would be in the following fr8day, never heard from him. Called him again and he said he would have the part today, still haven't heard from him and it's now 7:30pm, do not use this service, he takes your service fee and you won't hear from him again. Very sad, I try to use local people

Trust the other reviews that have already dealt with this company. Yes, the genteman is friendly when you can finally get him on the phone or out to the house BUT he is clearly scamming people and taking advantage of the situation.

I paid him a 'service call fee' to come and diagnos/fix my chest freezer. He determined that it was a faulty compressor and said he would order a new one. I had to then call him weekly to ask about updates and he never had a good answer over the next two months.

He eventually came back out to look at the compressor again and that was when he stated that 'they had sent him the wrong one'. It never really made sense to me.

Well yesterday I had Roffoni Appliance Repair (just call them next time first) and within 5 minutes he was able to determine that the compressor was totally fine and the issue was a broker interior cooling pipe. This issue is not fixable.

The Best Appliance Guy always has a voicemail that is full. He will sound very polite and be very nice while on site but I do not think he actually does anything specific.

Had Tod out last week to service my Subzero freezer. He was very stand offish and rude. He defrosted the freezer, said I needed a part. He didn't tell me which part was defective. He asked for a $50 deposit which I gave him cash. He only takes cash or check. I asked for a receipt he said he would email an invoice or estimate. I called him back no info on the part, no email. I am left without a working freezer and very poor communication. After reading the yelp reviews, this guy is scamming people. I do not want this guy to continue to take advantage of others.
Update: I was hasty in making this review. Tod came by the house and refunded the money. It was a lack of communication and I apologize for not giving him a chance to make it right before posting the review

Did a okay job installing although not the ""best"" but I also paid him to haul away the old dishwasher and he said he would be back later that day or the next. He never showed up. And left the old dishwasher on it's back in the middle of my kitchen.
He didn't return my calls, my texts or my email. I finally had to pay another person to haul it away.
I would never recommend Todd again!!

I discovered this guy is a scammer. I believe he just mickey mouses stuff together so they break. He's been out 5 times & the last time he didn't show & didnh call it's been a few months of dealing with him ""getting parts"" & excuses. Don't trust Todd

This guy is a shyster, takes advantage of the elderly and completely unprofessional and NOT trustworthy.
He came to my moms house, said that the oven needed a part, took her $125 and never contacted her or was able to be contacted after numerous phone calls. Two weeks later, we were able to get an awesome company to help and he was here the next day.
Do NOT do business with this place.

The WORST appliance guy is more accurate. He charged me for a service call, said he would order parts, never called and never returned my calls.
