Samsung sent this repair person to fix a warranty issue on my convection microwave. He came on time was cordial and seemed to know what he was doing, except he shorted out the circuit board causing another problem. He said he would order the parts and call me in a couple days. After almost a week and no response, I called them and left a message, which is all you can do with their phone service, and still no response. They will not respond to Samsung either. Samsung called me and said they are going to use another repair service, because they are not satisfied either. If you are smart, you will not use these people.

I'm 100% pleased with the actual repair that was performed but disappointed about how phone calls are handled. Maybe they can get some help in that department and earn the five stars I want to give them! :-)
I had a dryer that stopped heating up. I called these guys and a young man came and assessed it. He didn't have the part so it had to be ordered. After a week or two it came in and when it did, he fixed my dryer and since then, it's worked perfectly.
That being said, I've called since then with a new request for help and no one ever called me back, which was disappointing.

I had Todd come to repair a fridge that was not cooling last month. He was very prompt & explained that it needed computer work & would call with an estimate, but did mention it might be better to buy a new fridge. I appreciated his honesty, but since this was a newer fridge had him look for the parts & call with estimate. He called next day with a quote & told him to order the parts. He explained it would be a 7-10 day wait..which was fine with me. Then 2 wks went by & did not hear from him so I called & called & called. I even researched & found his email & sent him a message. After 2wks of calling with no reply I gave up. There is something really strange going on with this company & would stay as far away as possible.
It seems funny that in 2012 he was getting 5 star ratings & now it seems everyone is having the same frustrations as i am having

I was so excited when Todd agreed to come out the next day. He was friendly and very efficient. The problem was fixed quickly with an explanation as well. I had called a competitor and they have yet to return my call, 3 weeks later.
I will definitely call the Best Appliance Guy again.

I was so excited to have him come out to my home, he even stated he would be up in my area so we made the appointment. He never showed, he never called even though I left a message NOT PLEASED

We called on a Wednesday after our dryer stopped working. We had a house full of visitors and were hoping to find the best appliance service around. Unfortunately more than a week later we still don't have a functioning dryer.
I know its not always quick and easy to diagnose or find the right part needed for a repair. The reason for this poor review has more to do with the lack of communication and customer service.
Todd, the service guy, was very nice and helpful at first, but after leaving our home to check for the necessary part he never contacted us again. We called for an update the next day and he said he was waiting for a part. I called 4 days later for an update. He said he was still waiting for the part and that the delivery should be in at 2pm that day. (This was on a Tuesday morning) We never heard from him again. We left a couple of messages over the next couple of days to try and get an update or at least a heads up on why there might be a delay, but we never reached Todd or anyone else from the business. Finally, we even went by the store listed on their website and it turns out there is no such location! I honestly am baffled and very disappointed by this whole situation. Alas, we still have a house full of visitors and no functioning dryer. I'm writing this review in hopes that no one else will have to deal with this frustration. Heck, maybe I'll finally even get a response from the business!

I have used Todd a few times before and found his service to be good but this time I called him to come check out my refrigerator that was not cooling, he came out and diagnosed the problem and instructed me how to keep it going till he could order and install the new part. I appreciated that very much. We had the part installed but the next day my produce drawer was completely frozen. I called him, he came out and said that the problem was a programming error, I appreciated his honesty. He told me to call him if the problem wasn't resolved. The next day my produce was frozen again so I called Todd. He did not return my call nor any of the 10 that I have placed every few days since then. An entire month has no passed. Very disappointing. Apparently after taking my $200.00 our relationship is over without finishing his job.

I have a frig that I LOVE that's 15+ years old. Everything stared melting and I thought I'd have to replace it. Todd came out, knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it within an hour. He also showed me the old part, replaced it with a better part and explained how it worked. He was VERY knowledgeable and worked around my schedule too. Highly recommended!

This guy is the absolute BEST! He came and figured out the problem right away, checked to see if there were any recalls or repair items on that model, got everything fixed really quickly. I'm never calling anyone else when I have an appliance problem!!!
If I could give 10 stars I would!

worst customer service ever. been waiting for a week for this guy to call me back to make a appiontment. have called 5 times talked to him twice and still wont get back to me on a appiontment. if you ever want to get your service done DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!
