After my initial review come to find out my problem hadn't been fixed! BL plumbing has been to my house twice for a leakage under my kitchen sink! So My initial cost on my part $75.00, Then same leak appeared again, they send two guys. So having Home Warranty Inc my initial cost would be $75., but they decide I needed a new faucet (?) okay they go and get a new faucet and after $430 + it should be fixed, right? Home Warranty doesn't cover faucet so far that's cost me out of pocket almost $600.00 and I still have a leak, luckily the ruined cabinet hadn't been replaced so that actually saved me money there! Would I recommend BL Plumbing? That would be ""ABSOLUTELY NOT""!

Had a backed up in floor drain in our basement. Called the warranty company, they sent BL Plumbing. One guy inspected the drain, the other leaned on my washer and watched, while I ran to all the bathrooms to flush toilets to ""overload"" the system. Just to have them tell my warranty company that the drain wasn't installed properly, so we got a denial. After being told that, I began to wonder how it passed inspection before we bought the house. So I called the real estate agency we purchased through to start an investigation.

Appealed the decision, and they sent BL plumbing back out. Different crew this time, different answer. They said the drain was installed properly. They snaked the drain and left. I sent the company a message asking why we got two different answers from two crews. It's been over a month with no answer.

Stay far away from this company!

Busted pipe in the basement at 7 am , out of 15 companies they were the only ones that could come ASAP! That were fast and communication was great. Thanks

Warning! Crooks!!!They will milk you for money claiming more work then they did. I am the landlord and asked those people to fix water leak on one of my units, they charged me 250$to replace one T joint plus 50$ for estimate which they claimed to wave if I agreed on estimate and accepted the job, but they denied vawing it stating ""50$more work needed to be done than estimated"" what? Wrong estimate then?. Most importantly the leak started same day same place. Furthermore the plumber turned out to ""be old friend of my tenant"" and both tried to milk me for more labor ""needed to be done"" at the property. I had to come fix his work myself for less than 50$ making me drive 300mi because of this issue. Terrible crooks!!!

Not sure where to start, first called for a water heater replacement, I knew what issue was. Did great job. Called again for a slow draining toilet (I was almost positive it was vent related) they recommended a toilet change, so I did that, same problem. Called them back to come back (for venting issue which I stated first time) came out and snaked found a clog and like I believed a venting problem, problem was fixed. What they didn't do is clean up the 40 gallons of waste water they backed up in basement, yes they knew about it. All over carpet and 2 inches of standing water in basement. You want the job done, they'll do it,m. But as I quote the owner Shannon ""we are plumbers not a clean up crew, we are concerned with the problem, not cleaning."" I've been a business owner in automotive for a decade. Every single customer car that comes in gets vaccummed and any mess we make gets cleaned up. So now I'll be finding a new plumbing company!

Called this service 2 times over the weekend. First time the answering service said yes they could get someone out that day and I waited for about 5 hours.... then I called again and the answering service answered again and said yes they still had info and would page the on call tech again to send someone out still. Waiting all weekend and no one called. Come Monday was expecting a call from office and no one has yet to return my call. Wouldn't be frustrating if they just said no they couldn't send someone out but being told someone was coming 2 times and no one ever coming or returning my call bothers me.

This is the 4th time I've used BL Plumbing and I figured it was time to share my experience. Victor and Zach installed a water heater and cleaned my waste line this morning and did a terrific job. Victor explained how the water heater worked and answered every question I asked. Both guys are very polite and I will continue to call them for future plumbing services!
