I had been using another company for the past 3 years to complete the Irvine Ranch Water District required Backflow Test. I made 4 contacts (Call - Email - Email - Email) to schedule an appointment but they failed to follow-up in a timely manner.

I called Dennis, the owner of the Backflow Guys. He called me back quickly (less than 30 minutes) & offered to complete the test the next day after I had told him that I was late. He did the inspection the next day as promised & gave me an update the morning after that. Dennis was fast & his fee was resonable. I definitely recommend Dennis - The Backflow Guys!

BTW, the other company left a voice message for me, a week AFTER our first voice converation, that they were ready to come out to test.
Dennis had already completed the test by then so I declined.
