Honest, straightforward. Did what needed to be done. Did not upsell. We offered to adopt Tristen, but since he is a grown man it was decided that would not be appropriate.
They came out the day we called and the work was done professionally and neatly. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We hired Aussie Plumber to fix recurring problem which should have been resolved with a previous pluming company.

They were very friendly and really listened to try to understand where the issue might be.

They worked to fix the issue, and it was good for a few days, then even thought they had done everything they thought was supposed to be done...the issue happened again! So...back at it, they came back out, and really thoroughly, all previous steps plus additional steps...above and beyond, and did not charge us to redo.

FINALLY, after a terrible previous plumber and two trips from the Aussie Plumber who truly cared and took whatever was needed to get to the root of the issue...we have been issue free for well over a year.

I commend them on their commitment to actually find the problem and take care of things as needed. We would use them again, and we recommend them.

The Aussie Plumber was fantastic! Joe Lopez provided excellent service. He was professional, knowledge, courteous, friendly, and skilled at what he does. Great company! Very friendly phone staff. Company sends a text with photo and short bio of the plumber coming to your home. Cameron was the plumber assigned to our project today. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all of our options in detail and, after we choose how we wanted him to proceed, he completed the project in a very expeditious manner. If we need the services of Aussie again in the future, would definitely request Cameron be assigned to our project.
