James Hill (The Aussie Plumber) came out today and replaced two stop valves and installed a new dishwasher. He did a fantastic job! I contacted the Aussie plumber because of a clogged washing machine, machine, drain line and Tristan was dispatched to do the job. Tristan arrived during the time window that I was given and immediately introduced himself. I explained what my problem was and immediately examined and analyze the situation and explained what he planned to do. He said that he would cable the line and try to remove the clog after several attempts. He was able to remove the clog and open the drain line. Because my home was built in the late 60s the drain line is a galvanized pipe which is internally badly corroded. Tristan did not try to upsell me, but did tell me that if I should have another clogged line that we would have to discuss a different method to clear the line. At this point, the drain is flowing good and I don't have, any issues right now. Tristan was pleasure to meet and is a very conscientious employee and I'll see Plumbing is lucky to have him on their team. If I should have any more problems, I will not hesitate to contact them in the future. I should also note that I feel that there rate was in line for the length of time that Tristan had to work on my problem and they even gave me a discount for being a veteran, which I really appreciated
