I've used Aussie Plumber for several large repair jobs and they've been great every time. Ran into an issue with a pinhole leak on some outdoor work they had done earlier this year. Louis came out right away and fixed it no charge as it was under warranty.

It's a hard to find a vendor you can trust and rare to find one who stands behind their work. These guys are the best around, use them!

Dishwasher wasn't draining properly. The Aussie plumber answered quickly and got me in the same day. They had to move me to a little later that day so I rescheduled to 8-10 am a different day. Louis called me at 7:30 and told me he'd be here at 8. Arrived promptly, put on booties and got to work. The plumbing issue was a simple fix- the air gap hose had failed. He fixed it, was friendly, efficient, informative and very nice to my dog. Only charged the service fee, took pictures and told me he loved his job. Most importantly, he seemed very sincere & honest. Will definitely use again.

These guys are so responsive and caring. I miss Franz altho my latest plumber Louis was kind and seemed knowledgeable and i felt he provided above the line service. I call these guys with the weirdest problems and they try hard to figure things out...one way or another. They seem expensive but when you call a plumber, there's not usually time to price check so I really can't say whether they are competitive or not. But I appreciate how Michelle tries to get prompt service and she's so dang pleasant on the phone.

I called The Aussie Plumber on a Monday to get a toilet replaced and a new seal on another. The person I spoke with in the office, Katie was very friendly and professional. She took my details and was able to arrange for a plumber to come to my home that same afternoon to do the work. Cameron McCormick was the technician who did the work, and he was efficient and also friendly. He was also respectful of our home and did a great job cleaning up after he completed the job. The price was fair and I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work/repair done in their home or business.

Louis from Aussie plumber was fabulous! He's very professional and the quality of service he provided was outstanding. He replaced a hose bib and was here for my water softener that was under warranty. He was very honest in the assessment of the water softener and told me that it needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber and Louis for the response time in taking care of my problem.

Called The Aussie Plumber at 7am about an outside pipe leaking and Franz was here an hour later. He diagnosed the problem immediately and In less than an hour the repair was done. This was the second time Franz was at our house to repair a plumbing issue. Both times we found him to be professional, efficient and friendly. He's extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly identify and resolve a plumbing problem. The Aussie Plumber is a fantastic company -- I highly recommend them!

Forget the rest, call The Aussie Plumber! I had a huge problem caused by a water leak in my kitchen. The first plumbers tried to rip me off, then called the restoration company who did incredible damage. I called in the Aussie Plumber... and you should too. Franz, came to my home, and first pointed out the cracked vent stack (allowing sewer gas to come into my kitchen. The Restoration Company, using an unlicensed Plumber missed it. They would have just walled it back up, and left it to happen again. The Aussie Plumber, had to tear up some of the concrete floor, change the pipe and pour new concrete. Then the restoration company also broke the supply line to my refrigerator, put a cup on the floor to catch water, never said anything and left. By the time I found it, the cup had of course overflowed, drywall damaged, floor warped, and more. The Aussie Plumber.... again, first explained why it was not good to have a fitting like the other company installed in my wall, talked about alternatives, and finally ran a long flexible tube up the wall, through the ceiling and down to the sink connection and replaced the valves. Now when the refrigerator is moved out for cleaning or other needs, the tube is in the open and long enough to prevent damage again. If that wasn't enough, they had a finance plan to make it easier to pay for with 0% for a year! They might not have been the cheapest, but they were fair and solved the problem.
Shortly after, I had another problem (which I will leave for good taste) and because it was the weekend, I called a different Plumber who said the problem was likely caused by the work of the Aussie Plumber. I called them and Franz came back. He went on my roof, used a camera in the vent stack to find the problem, then fixed it. (It was not their fault or related to past work) On top of everything, he charged nothing for the extra visit or the work needed!
Enough said... Like I said at the beginning, call the Aussie Plumber and forget the rest! That certainly is my plan.
