In 2012, The Angeleno Handyman began when the world seemed to be ending. I’m joking, my daughter was born the day after leap year, on March 1st. Becoming a father for the first time filled me with immense responsibility. I was working for my uncle in remodeling and felt the urge to find more opportunities for my new family. When summer rolled around three months later, I started accepting jobs independently. I approached every client with respect and authenticity while working on their homes. I understood the importance of the work, so I took the time to chat and check in with them. Differently from other workers who treated it as just another job, I prioritized the relationships I developed. Since then, I have taken on a variety of tasks, including odd jobs, quick fixes, tough challenges, and everything in between. If something is out of my skill set, I’ll be upfront and direct the customer appropriately.
