Outstanding service provided by Ernesto. He scheduled me for an appointment and arrived early. After clearing the drain, Ernesto briefed us on the particulars of the issue and provided a warranty on his work.

In a day when large companies have created monopolies, it's nice to have a local mom and pop plumber to respond.

Ernesto truly is a HERO. I called after 4:30 today for my mom and grandma because their hot water heater was not producing hot water. Ernesto arrived within an hour to inspect the water heater. He determined that the pilot light was out and relit it at NO CHARGE! He gave me the info to order the pilot light assembly myself in the event it goes out again. Thank you!

Ernesto went above and beyond fixing my plumbing issue. My builder simply glued a lot of our pipe systems so he rebuilt the entire pipe configuration and even added parts to make the system more accessible for snaking/water jetting without having to take the entire system apart. He thoroughly tested the the system to ensure there were no leaks and all was properly draining. Even snaked the system a second time. He was happy to explain each step and provide tips to prevent further issues.

Would def use Hero Plumbing again for future plumbing projects.

Fast response. Quality service. Ernesto explained everything in detail. We needed a water pressure regulator and a connecting valve for our dryer. Those were done efficiently. However when I tried to do my laundry I found that it wasn't getting cold water. I messaged Ernesto and he came back and fixed it the same day. Excellent service! The price was fair. We were very pleased and are happy to say we have a plumber we can count on.
