I wanted to thank the ""The Amazing Plumber"" for coming out and checking my water heater. I was having some issues with the pilot lite turning on and he founded the reason why it wasn't. He had fixed the issue in a timely manner and even told me if it didn't stay on after a couple days that he knew exactly what needed to change. He also came on time and was very respectful. Looking forward to working him on other projects around the house soon.

I'm visiting my mother from out of state and her bathroom sink and tub were both clogged. I called the AMAZING PLUMBER and he was booked for the day but he made room for us and was at the house in a couple of hours. My mother has had issues with the tub drain for years and 4 different plumbers had worked on it and she is still having issues. I had to take the drain apart behind the tub because the last plumber connected the drain with a cracked pipe and cross threaded the compression nut. It was a leaking mess. Ernesto showed up, discussed what had to be done in order to snake the drain. He gave me some advice on what needed to be done so that I could reinstall the drain myself and save my mother hundreds of dollars and told me to give him a call when I was done and he would come snake the drain. Ernesto didn't charge me for his advice despite not being ready for him to snake the drain. It was the next day, a Saturday, when I reinstalled the plumbing and called Ernesto. He was at the house within 15 minutes and unclogged the drain. This guy is a professional who cares about his customers with reasonable prices. I now have no worries if my mother ever needs a plumber especially when I live out of state. Ernesto is our guy!
