Greg and his team expertly was able to trace the drain with their special tools and locate the hidden cleanout 3 floors down without damaging anything and cleaning up like proffesionals. The other companies gave me estimates of thousands of dollars versus the hundreds of dollars we were charged from Greg. He also took the time to clearly explain what he was doing every step of the way. Extremely satisifed and grateful.
