People please be aware his quotes are 3x or more than others. He also does not have professional customer service. He not a good guy to work with stay away from his business. Thank you.

I hired Raul to help remodel two rooms. We needed to change the carpet to vinyl flooring and also relocate two AC units. Raul and his crew helped turn our new house into a home and in record time! Not only do they do top-notch work at more than reasonable rates, but he did everything he could to meet a tight deadline for our move-in. They did everything from painting to building cabinet shelves to installing new plumbing fixtures - I'm still in awe at how quickly he was able to get everything completed. Raul is exactly what I was looking for in a handyman and contractor - excellent communication, thorough understanding of the requests and when it wasn't clear on my part, he asked clarifying questions to ensure we got what we needed/wanted. He and his team were prompt, respectful (wore booties proactively in the house), and he worked with me on scope of a few asks to decrease the costs. I hired him for fixing bricks in the driveway, repairing wood rot on the fascia and repainting it, caulking, installing a new cooktop/stove, fixing a track for a bifold door, tightening a handrail - and a few other odds and ends. There is no doubt that whenever I need someone again, I'm going to call Raul and only Raul!

Did a great job putting together our solarium, but more interestingly, was honest about the transaction. You kind of throw your hands up like going to the mechanics and you hope they're not boning you too badly with how much it costs for parts and labor. Raul and his crew ran into a problem early where they thought they would have to build a platform to put the solarium on because the backyard is on a slope and the pieces were not lining up properly. This felt like it could have been an extra half a day work and thousands of more dollars, but then they ended up not needing to do any of it. They could have tacked on extra charges and didn't.
