I noticed a damp smell in my condo kitchen so I called the Affordable & Licensed Handyman. Frank came out in the evening immediately on an emergency basis and found that I had a long-standing leak behind my dishwasher that had been there for some time. He removed the dishwasher and diagnosed the water leakage problem immediately and accurately. He worked efficiently and professionally. I recommend Frank highly. A true professional who cares about his clients needs. He is fast, friendly, efficient, and affordable.

When our tenant moved out we had a lot of work to do in the house to get it ready for the next tenants. We called Raul and he came out right away to look at our house and give us a quote. He gave us a fair and reasonable quote and started work right away. Raul kept us updated on the status of the repairs and work being done. He was responsive, professional and paid attention to the little details. Some of things that Raul did for us was: re-painted interior of our house, removed and installed new baseboards throughout, removed and installed a new vanity in one of our restrooms, and repaired and patched the walls, and more. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We were impressed and pleased with the end result.

Never had a handy man before and I needed to replace an old medicine cabinet, I wasn't sure who to call to install the new one, It's also on a stucco wall so it's a bit tricky. I called Raul based on the reviews and gave it a chance. He's response was quick and the worker came on time and did a great job also maintained everything clean after install, he was incredibly courteous and helpful and let me know of everything they can also help with, So now I know who to call in case I have a project I can't tackle.

We highly recommend Raul and his team if you need work done around the house. We had them come to our townhouse in Woodland Hills where they prepped and painted the walls and ceiling of our garage, prepped and applied a two part floor coating, and installed rubber baseboards. They were fast, friendly, clean, and communicative. They probably saved us a week of back breaking work and the garage now looks great!

Raul was quick in response, showed up within an hour of call. Needed to fix a door lock that the key couldn't push through. Raul used some contact cleaner (similar to WD-40) and after multiple iterations he was able to get it fixed. Amazingly, he did not even charged for the service because it was so small and simple. Truly honest and professional. Will definitely call him for future repairs. Thank you, Raul!
