So we had a clogged tub. Contacted Emy and she said she's sending Bernardo out. I asked for an estimate she said he'll come and check and give us a rate before the job. So he came checked the line. Said if it doesn't work he won't charge us, if it does the flat rate would be. So it worked and he even cleaned out our tub with clorox. It was pretty nasty. Since it was our first time booking an appointment with them they gave us a discount. He recommended also a catch for the drain to get all the hair that gets trapped. This guy Bernardo is super nice, great service, and if we ever need a plumber I definitely would recommend them.

My husband found a leak in our irrigation system so we needed repair done right away. I am SO glad found That's Good Drain & Rooter on Yelp. I called on a Friday afternoon and Emy answered right away, she was kind and helpful. They said they could be at my house within an hour and they were, they even kept updating us on their ETA. Bernardo checked out the leak and knew exactly what to do, he left to go buy some parts and came back right away. I really liked how they updated us with each step of the work being done. He completed the work, it required some waiting time for drying and they stayed and waited for it to dry to make sure the work was complete before leaving. They communicated very well during the entire process. I could tell they're honest, hardworking people. And I would definitely call them again for any plumbing or similar services in the future!

PS: my kids were so curious with the work that Bernardo was doing and he was SO kind and responsive with the questions and comments they had for him!

Our kitchen faucet decided to die and we needed a replacement. Our downstairs bathroom faucet had also been leaking and we knew it would be a harder repair because of the tight space and pedestal sink. I sent a repair request on Yelp! and Emy was quick to respond with a very fair quote and time that worked for me. They showed up on time and communicated throughout the repair. Emy and Bernardo are life savers!

I reached out on a Sunday afternoon about a clogged drain that caused water / disposal backup in my garage sink, and they were able to come help within the hour.

More importantly, they were honest and hard working people. I had another plumber take a look at the clogged drain earlier and quickly told me I needed a specific type of service called a hydro jetter, which would cost me around $1,500. However, Emy and Bernardo took a closer look and were able to clear my drain with a simpler method which cost me less than 1/3 of the cost!

When I told them I needed a hydro jetter service they asked me why I believed I needed that type of service, and then quickly assured me that it wouldn't be necessary. They could have went with it and milked me for the high priced service, but instead they did their best to help me and do it the most efficient and cost effective way possible.

Don't be mislead by their limited number of reviews. They've been in the business for over 20 years and it shows in their work. I highly recommend them and I will definitely go back to them for any future plumbing work.

Sewer backed up on a Sunday afternoon. Emy and Bernardo responded and arrived within the hour, snaked the sewer, and cleaned up the area where the sewage had backed up. Will definitely be calling them first for any future emergencies due to the quick response time.

Bernardo and Emelita were fantastic! Our toilet started leaking yesterday evening and all the go-to tactics were not working! I sent out a request hoping for a response but not hopeful due to it being a rainy Friday evening. We got a response quickly with a reasonable rate and they were at our house within the hour. The issue required them to come back the following day and they agreed to return at 7am! On time and finished the job within the time quoted. We really appreciate their flexibility, professionalism and kindness for making us a priority because we have a kiddo! I will def recommend them and use them in the future!
