I wanted a main shut off valve, and the plumber wanted me to pay while he went shopping for parts. They charged $165 an hour while they go shopping. Poor communication and disorganized. Then he said it would be another $115 after he got back from shopping. Never use this company. So, i paid $165 for absolutely nothing getting done, because I was not going to pay for a shopping spree.

I have well water and my pump and motor died. We had no water! Pat came out and had our new pump and tank completely installed within about an hour. He explained, showed, and went above and beyond for my nerves to be out at ease. Again the nerves started getting ready for the bill. I was honestly surprised that it truly wasn't that bad at all! I have a really old dog that kept being super nosy and getting in his way and he was so sweet to him. I would recommend this company not only because they are locally owned but I have zero complaints!

Used them for a few projects involving copper line and shut off valves replacement, disposal installation and new bathroom facet and toilet. They did pretty decent work for a reasonable price.

We had a half bathroom, office and living room flood from a hairline crack in our toilet shut off valve and left a message on the main line and the emergency line. It was installed by them, so I thought it would be right to get them to do the work to fix it (obviously on my dime). They never returned our calls. I thought they were better than this. We found a larger outfit for our plumbing needs and realized what a great plumbing company can do for their customers.

When you are in dire need for help do you want to be left high and dry? We were.

I came home from work to find s pipe busted in the basement. I found the shut off valve and called That Handyman That Plumber who we have used several times before. In less than an hour we had a plumber who replaced and capped the pipe. It was done professionally, competently and priced reasonably. I highly reccomend them for all your plumbing needs.

We had a pretty small job (install 2 toilets) which many places we called did not want to day. That Plumber (a division of That Handyman) was great. They scheduled appointment based on our schedule. Steve showed up on-time and did the job quickly and cleanly. We would definitely suggest That Plumber and will use them in the future if needed.

Had an issue with my installation on my range with Home Depot. I called ""That Plumber"" (Handyman) and spoke to Stacy who said she'd get me taken care of the SAME DAY (this was after 2pm) then an awesome plumber name Jason came out and took care of me fast and efficiently. Jason was very pleasant, funny and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and the company.

We have used That Handyman twice now and each time they have been amazing. He answered all of my questions and concern. Very polite, respectful, and all around nice person. They worked we my schudule. We had our bathroom tub unclogged twice

Very helpful and knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. Was open and up front about what it could be and what the solutions were and how much each would cost. I lucked out and it ended up being the easier solution and they didn't try to talk me into anything else. They were prompt and polite. Cleaned up after themselves. Communication was very easy. They text, email, and called depending what my needs were thru-out the day. They will be my go to for other needs for sure.
