Louis was on time and did a very good job. He also was very reasonably priced. He took time after he completed the drain cleaning to look at my door that had swelled because of the leaking of my clogged pipe. He helped me figure what I needed to do to fix it. Above and beyond I highly recommend That Drain Guy!!!

Louis, you are the man !!! Not only did you give me a very good rate on unplugging a clogged utility sink, you were very personable , were punctual and fast. I think that you had my utility sink, kitchen sink and drain pipe all cleaned and cleared in less than 20 minutes which included replacing a stripped bolt on the utility sinks' pipe. Thank Louis.

Louis is great! He answered the phone when I called and was at my rental property within 3 hours to take a look at a possible main line backup causing toilet issues in the unit. He showed up on time with a clean van, and an impressive trailer containing new top of the line equipment. We discussed pricing on potential scenarios over the phone before he arrived, and his rates were very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. When he arrived, the obstruction had cleared itself. He looked over everything and tested the toilet and recommended that I just wait and see if the issue resurfaces. I offered to at least pay a service call fee for his time and travel, but he declined. Just incredible service from a very down to Earth guy. I will definitely be using him in the future on my 4 properties.

We've had a troubling drain in our bathroom sink for awhile. Louis came out and fixed the issue. He was on time, kind and very helpful/informative.

Our shower/tub drain suddenly stopped working in the midst of extremely cold and snowy weather. Louis responded right away, was super easy to communicate with, and willing to come out, despite the weather. He was able to make it to our house same day, whereas other companies were offering appointments days out. He was understanding and accommodating to our request to mask inside the house, and conscientiously knocked the snow off his boots. Pricing was a flat rate, which was made clear up front. He proceeded to spend around an hour working on our frozen drain, and was finally able to clear it, without having to get under the house to warm the pipes. It was such a relief to take a shower again!
One thing to note is that he only does drains, not general plumbing. I'll definitely be contacting him in the future if we have any more drain issues.
