Louis is a real pro. I contacted him in the evening about a sluggish sewer line and he got back to me very quickly. Showed up the next day with top notch equipment and explained everything very completely. The images from his camera were really clear and helpful in seeing what the problems were. Louis did a thorough review of the problem before concluding that the repair I made fixed the problem. He offered a scope service to confirm if I wanted but said it may be unnecessary. I went for the scope job just to be sure. A hella nice guy who won't recommend service unless absolutely necessary
