Second time using Thad Ellet Plumbing. Both times they were on time and very professional. The first time was to replace an outside faucet and a wax seal for my toilet. This time I woke up to a flooded laundry room due to my gas water heater finally gave up the ghost. (It had lasted 27 years so it was on borrowed time.)

It doesn't matter the size of the job, small or large, I have found them to be prompt, friendly and reasonable.

They even went way out of their way for me. I was having trouble with my cell phone receiving calls from land lines, theirs was one of them. While I was on the phone with AT&T for 2 days trying to figure it out (AT&T still hasn't figured out why) I asked Thad Ellet's office, Krista, to call my number to see if AT&T had fixed the problem. Krista ended up having to cal me 10 or 12 times to test it out. Not every company would go out of their way like that. That is completely going above and beyond in their service.

If you have a plumbing problem, do yourself a favor and call them!!!!!!

Excellent service; very prompt, organized, and courteous. Agree with a previous reviewer: save yourself time and headache and call this company first. I had them install 2 new toilets for me. They provided an estimate during my first call to them (which was 100% accurate), ordered the toilets and had them on hand within 24 hours, and then arrived at the appointment time to install them exactly when they said they would--an rare and wonderful anomaly in the construction/home maintenance industry! They also have the capability of accepting payment and issuing receipts/invoices electronically with their iPads while they are on-site, and then email you the receipt immediately. This company's professionalism raises the bar for the entire industry. Well done and 5 stars.

I called this company to repair a leak in a sewer pipe under my home. The pipe was easily found and repaired, However I was given a estiamte of about an hour ro repair the pipe. After the work was done, the bill was $233+ The other plumbers I contacted later offered a repair for $85.00. I am a disabled veteran (100%) and unable to walk, so I needed this repair done quickly. I didnt have time to call around for price quotes., and I didnt expect price gouging at a rate of $142/hr. The owner was unwilling to adjust the bill. The normal rate for plumbers is $90/hr. I would NOT RECOMMEND this plumbing service due to price gouging. NOTE: I had repaired a camera for this company and charged them a VERY conservative rate and this is how they treat customers???

Plumbers from this company had come to our home to look at our septic system. They told us after looking at it, that they wanted Thad to look at it and give his input on how to help us. We waited 2 weeks for a call that never came. We called the office and were told Thad would call us back, he was putting together an estimate for us (he never came out and looked at our property). 2 more weeks went by without word from the company. We went down to the office to find out why we had not heard from him. The receptionist/secretary said that Thad was out of the office but he would contact us soon. We never heard from them again; except for the mail that we receive every so often (mail thanking us for using them and advertisements for their company).

Thad Ellet and crew did an excellent job at my home. Thad is there to understand what you want/need and to do his best to accommodate requests. Besides knowing his plumbing, Johnney is super mannerly and will make sure there will be no mess left at your home. Kris is a steady worker who aims for perfection.
