What a horrible phone experience. I simply have some external drains that need to be cleared. I went on Yelp and created a project to get quotes. This company was so unprofessional. Not sure who the lady was that I spoke to but she had not idea what she was doing.

She worked in the plumbing department and had no idea the difference between an internal drain and an external drain. I asked to speak to someone who could give me an actual estimate or actually ask questions that made sense. Oh well, There are plenty of other plumbing services out there.

Based on this experience, I would STAY AWAY from THA Plumbing.

These folks were top notch. I got a referral from a friend of my son who used to work for them. He said that they were good people and we could trust them. Our experience proved this to be true. We were selling our condo and needed the AC and furnace replaced quickly. I had Mathew out on Friday to look at it to give me an estimate. He told me I should get a couple other estimates to confirm I was getting a fair deal. I also told him that I needed the work done by the following Sunday.
I had THA's estimate before the end of the weekend. It was considerably less than I expected. I went with them. They started the work on Wednesday and we're completed on Thursday.
They did exactly what was contracted for less then I expected and finished well ahead of my deadline. From my first contact to completing the installation of furnace and AC in less than a week. Additionally, Mathew was exceptionally nice.
I have already recommended them to a friend that needs AC work. I asked for a ballpark estimate for him and it was way way less than he had gotten from one of the places that advertises a lot.
We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody who asked.

Just want to send out a big ""Thank You!"" to Matthew of THA Heating Air and Plumbing. We purchased our HVAC system from them in 2010 and they've never let us down. Today was one of those hot days and we were enjoying our AC when we noticed it wasn't blowing nice cool air anymore. After a bit, we decided to call, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. We were thrilled when Matthew said he could be at our home in less than an hour. He fixed the problem swiftly and professionally in no time flat. We so appreciate how you took such good care of us! Please give THA a call, they're the real deal.

Gilbert, and to the entire staff at THA. Thank you for taking such good care of my 86-year-old Aunt. In the beginning, we had a heating & air company come out to assess my Aunt's broken A/C. (ASI) I told my Aunt it would b 8k to replace her A/C and 6k to replace her furnace, plus they did nothing to see if they could fix the furnace. We found out through SDG&E that there was a program where she qualified for a free furnace. At this point, the A/C was not functional and very hot, so I brought her to my home. THA, contracted by SDG&E, came out to look at her furnace. Gilbert, I am not sure if you were that person or if another wonderful person took the time to fix the fan as a temporary solution to restore functionality for the A/C unit to work. Thank you for telling my Aunt that 8k was a ripoff and should not cost that much for a manufactured home. The new quote was 5200, 3k cheaper. Your service is exceptional. I appreciate all of your caring staff.

Of course our AC breaks during a heat wave. Matthew was able to add us on their schedule for the next morning after our call (despite a busy schedule). Other places gave us estimates of 5 days away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and now we're back online and we are extremely grateful! Thank you!

Working with SDG&E's Synergy companies, T H A Heating Air Plumbing fulfilled the Synergy contract to replace our heating and furnace. The tech, Gilbert, worked in 94 - 96 degree heat for hours on end to left and secure our A/C cooling unit that was located on top of the furnace and blower, remove the furnace and blower, install a new furnace and blower, install a new electrical outlet, install and upgraded gas line and reconnect the A/C unit back on top of the furnace. He also installed new A/C hoses and insulations. It was estimated this process would take two days, but he finished in good order in one day even getting up on the roof to install a new chimney pipe vent for the furnace and filling out all the paper work for a new permit. As soon as SDG&E comes out and signs off on the workmanship, we will order a new 14 SEER 3.5 Ton A/C from T H A and have Gilbert install that.

I am sweating my rear off and have been getting quotes for a replacement HVAC system. All 4 companies that came including Home Depot company gave my wife a quote same day and pretty much upon completion of the inspection. The gentleman that came to do the estimate told my wife they would email us quote by EOD. Nothing. My wife calls the next day and sends an email (in case they had a typo when sending us a quote) and nothing at the end of the second day. I honestly don't know what could take so long (I'm not in the industry) but if this is how long it's going to take for a quote to get my business...how long is it going to take to get the job done. It's way too hot in Rancho to be waiting on these guys. It's going to be a no for me.

Called at 8 am for AC repair, said schedule was full but they would try to fit us in. An hour later technician showed up, fixed the issue by 10am same day, fantastic!
