Everything the ""plumber"" Sean touched he fouled up. They excessively used a jackhammer to put an electrical wire through and left my cellar wall cracked. There was no call for that. Drilling through the floor there would have been quick and efficient without causing property damage. Not a good value.

I have had two emergencies, one in the winter during a snowstorm when the power went out in half of my house, and one in the summer during an extreme heat wave when my AC died. TGM was the only company of several that I called that actually answered the phone with a real person each time, and went out of their way to fit me into their schedule to immediately help me. Their technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and they resolved both of my problems quickly and at a reasonable price. I was so impressed both times, they earned my trust, I will never use any other company.

I have been using this company for almost 4 years, we had a variety of different issues with our AC and some upgrades over the years. Our technician is amazing! He always remembers our family, that I sleep late because I work nights, asks about my husbands business, chats about our baby (he's been working with us since before I was pregnant!). He's always well prepared for the small crawl space he needs to sneak into to access the AC and it honestly makes all the difference having someone that remembers your home even when they only come once a year! Love this company, the service, the staff, everything! They are doing so many things right!

Excellent service from start to finish. Technicians went above and beyond to track down a leak in my A/C unit and were just as thorough in replacing the coils when the part came in and making sure the unit was in top condition before leaving. Was expecting a much higher repair bill but was pleasantly surprised when it was a third of what I planned on. Highly recommend this company.

Look elsewhere, better options out there. Front office has an attitude and honestly don't care about their clients. Techs are usually good but you need to deal with the front office which sucks and its there way or the highway.

The only problem I had with this company was the lady who answered the phone could not set up an appointment the first 2 times I called and had to call me back after the second time I called to set up a day. They were up front with their pricing and explained everything to me. I had to have them come and attach a pipe and shut off for the gas line to my stove. They showed up when expected. The two gentlemen who showed up were very polite.They explained things to me as they had to do them. They worked very quickly and they cleaned up after themselves.I would recommend this company to anyone.

When we purchased our new home we found a lot of issues with our plumbing and heating. TGM was recommended by a friend and we called them just about weekly for months! Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and attentive. Helped me learn about my dual zone heating and AC along with my gas fireplace. We had a couple of emergency calls and they came within an hour! The only issue we had is that they are more expensive than some others in the area so we have used others since for smaller issues. But TGM is extremely reliable and everyone is very pleasant to deal with. I would call them again.
