We have been using TMG services since 1987 and todays crew (Alex, Jose, and Pete) performed the very difficult task of upgrading our entire electrical service perfectly. They also installed outlets in our garage during the same well-coordinated service call, all at a very reasonable price point. The TGM owners, staff and technicians are very pleasant to interact with, and they never fail to solve our electrical, plumbing, heating, or air-conditioning problems. Alex, Jose, and Peter only took a brief lunch break, and rarely stopped for a water break. They hustle in and around our house in a very efficient and respectful manner. I enjoyed talking to all three of the gentlemen.

Came home to a cold house on New Year's Day 2024. Called TGM Services who came out and repaired our furnace control panel. The technician, Alex,
was efficient and courteous and thoroughly explained the problem and his proposed solution. We have worked with TGM for many years and would always recommend them for heating and cooling issues.

Trudy arranged for a tech named Sean to come out to me within a few hours. Sean was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked on my three issues expeditiously. I will be using TGM
for my plumbing or heating needs and I recommend the company without the slightest reserve.

Everything the ""plumber"" Sean touched he fouled up. They excessively used a jackhammer to put an electrical wire through and left my cellar wall cracked. There was no call for that. Drilling through the floor there would have been quick and efficient without causing property damage. Not a good value.

I have had two emergencies, one in the winter during a snowstorm when the power went out in half of my house, and one in the summer during an extreme heat wave when my AC died. TGM was the only company of several that I called that actually answered the phone with a real person each time, and went out of their way to fit me into their schedule to immediately help me. Their technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and they resolved both of my problems quickly and at a reasonable price. I was so impressed both times, they earned my trust, I will never use any other company.

I have been using this company for almost 4 years, we had a variety of different issues with our AC and some upgrades over the years. Our technician is amazing! He always remembers our family, that I sleep late because I work nights, asks about my husbands business, chats about our baby (he's been working with us since before I was pregnant!). He's always well prepared for the small crawl space he needs to sneak into to access the AC and it honestly makes all the difference having someone that remembers your home even when they only come once a year! Love this company, the service, the staff, everything! They are doing so many things right!

Excellent service from start to finish. Technicians went above and beyond to track down a leak in my A/C unit and were just as thorough in replacing the coils when the part came in and making sure the unit was in top condition before leaving. Was expecting a much higher repair bill but was pleasantly surprised when it was a third of what I planned on. Highly recommend this company.

Look elsewhere, better options out there. Front office has an attitude and honestly don't care about their clients. Techs are usually good but you need to deal with the front office which sucks and its there way or the highway.
