On August 9, 2023 we had a sink from the fault that leak under the sink. Frankie was called out to check the leak and found everything was fine. then he adjusted the fault and now everything is working good. Thank you, Frankie for knowing your job so well.

Worst company ever! Dale the plumber is horrible. Do not use this company if you want to receive respect. They spout off unmentioned fees and when you ask questions about what the charges are for you get cussed out. I've been working in real estate for 10 years and I've never had this happen just from asking what a fee is for. Seriously being cussed out by someone/company representative because we asked a question while we were calm just wanting to know what the charge was for is unacceptable.

Having a water leak in your home is enough to send most people into a panic - I'm one of those people. Water leaks can result in so much damage and havoc in very little time. This was compounded by the fact that we live in Charlotte, and the property with the water leak was in Atlanta (a rental property). We have excellent tenants - they discovered the leak - and we were eventually referred to T&G Plumbing by our home warranty provider, American Home Shield. First of all, it was an urgent matter - and T&G showed up the same day the leak happened to figure out what the issue was (it was a water meter, and in this instance, that meter was our responsibility per our HOA covenants). Chad of T&G called me directly to relay his findings, offer solutions, estimates and timing to get it repaired. These particular water meters are known to be faulty (per the research Chad did online - can we say """"thorough""""!), and we were very fortunate that T&G Plumbing had one on hand as a replacement. The leaking faulty one had a plastic housing - the replacement that Chad would use was all brass. Talk about peace of mind! The following day Chad explained that he had a full day of service calls, but he promised to show up at our property to address our leaking water meter. It was well into the evening when he, and his associate TJ showed up - and it was dark. Our water cutoff (which we had never had to use previously) was located outside, in our yard and the cutoff itself was over a foot down covered in water and mud. Did I say it was dark outside? These two guys had lights and Chad took off his jacked to his shirt sleeves to empty the hole where the shut off was of mud, etc. It was just a nasty mess. Fortunately, once cleared, getting the water shut off was not an issue. Chad then set to work replacing the meter, and took the time to show and explain to me the issue with the faulty meter, then showed me what he was replacing it with, and how the whole thing worked. Despite it already being a very long day for both Chad and TJ, they took their time and were extremely thorough. When it came time to turn the water back on, again, they took their time and took extra steps to ensure that everything was operating and functioning as it should. These guys were tremendous. Professional, thorough, showing up as they said they would - they did everything right. Amazing customer service. Tracy Harper owns this business, and I've spoken to him, and his front office administrator Andrea, to relay this experience. EVERYONE at this business is super nice, accommodating, professional. And their prices are reasonable and fair - the quality of work is A-1. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues, repairs or replacements, etc.
