The service I received from the actual plumbers was great but my correspondence with April, Texpro's scheduler, was less than stellar. From my initial request for service until the time they actually showed up was TEN DAYS. I called multiple times a day and left messages, texts and even resorted to Facebook only to be ignored and sent to voicemail. My sewer system has been backing up all over my kitchen and laundry room and I was left to live with this for entirely too long.

In the end, they weren't able to do the work required to resolve my issue because "warranty companies don't pay well" and hydro-jetting requires expensive rented equipment but honestly, I appreciated his honest answer more than being ignored from a customer service representative like April.

If I had not been forced to use their services, I would have given up days ago. If you don't have to, don't use Texpro, unless you like waiting.

TEXPRO was great!! They replaced my hot water heater quickly and their work was very clean. My home warranty company was not easy to deal with but TEXPRO help me work with my warrant company to get the job done quickly. The first company that I was sent to by my home warranty wasn't going to come look at my house until Wednesday but TEXPRO came to my house and had a new one installed on Tuesday. I highly recommend them.

Extremely poor service. They came and found that the leak was from the tank. They said they would get back with the part. I called them everyday for more than a week with no response. Finally had to go with another plumbing company when the leak became bigger. Texpro sucks!

I only gave them one star because there is no half stars. They came out to look at our bath tub, and told us they didn't have time today to fix it, but would be back the next day. Our home warranty has deductible of a $125.00. My husband paid them and they never came back. I have called 20 times and only get a recording to leave a message and they never have called back. DON'T USE THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY, THEY STOLE A $125.00 DOLLARS FROM US!!!!!!!!!!

What began as a good response from TEXPRO ended up costing me. They - specifically April - will not return my calls.

Because she has not sent me my paperwork related to a repair, I am out $700 that I could hand in to the warranty company.

My property is a rental, nice home in Lakeway, Texas, and I wonder now if they really did the work asked and paid for.

I have politely asked for a return call to at least hear what the problem is. I paid my past bills promptly.

There is no reason for such terrible service unless there was a death in the family or if April left her husband, the plumber. If anything, at least leave a message on the answering machine with an explanation.

What did I do to deserve this?

Stay away from TEXPro....they are anything but pros and offer terrible customer service!

Wonderful experience with Texpro! We called and they fit us in for a same day Appt. Hagen came by and diagnosed the issue and gave is a game plan. We knew both water heaters were on the way out, he made the replacement easy and quick.
We opted for a tankless set up, endless hot water is what our growing family needs.
Texpro is now the ONLY plumber we will call.
Please use them, you will be happy and satisfied!

My home warranty company assigned this company to my case. Although they were kind, they charged me $60 to tell me that I needed a scope to find my leak... a fact that I told them from the start.

Great customer service which is hard to find. Very responsive did an outstanding job. Identifying the issue as well explain to me what was going on. Went through the steps on what they where going to do to correct the issue...Then gave me a time of completion. Extremely rare to get that type of service which is very much appreciative for someone who works. Thanks again.

Hagen responded quickly to my gas leak and did excellent work in solving my problem. He made several safety suggestions and handled dealing with The City like a Pro. Also, April is SUPER nice to deal with on the billing!

TexUnpro was suggested to me by warranty company 08/29/2017. They showed up the next day collected the service fee told me we will call you by the end of the day,,of course no one called back,,,,the job was approved by the warranty company on 09/08 and they don't ever answer the phone...left so many voicemails and they don't bother to call you back..today 09/19/2017 had to call the warranty company to switch to another plumbing company to take care of my house...just wasted 3 weeks of frustration with this company...they could have denied the job from the beginning,,,but of course they showed up to collect the money first,,,suggest to switch your name to TexUNPro
