I have never in my life had someone not complete a job and disappear, until I hired Texas Star Plumbing. They were supposed to install a new whole house water filter (of which they a re a licensed installer somehow) did not complete the work, destroyed other already completed plumbing, and broke the hardware I had purchased for this job.

First the guy came in and told us why everything about our plumbing was off and how much better he could've done. Then he spent from 8am-6pm completely breaking our well connection, whole house filter components, put the filter in line before the well pump and left with the pump on burning it out, broke the uv filter thats part of the whole house filter, left all valves off as he left so no water was running through the system and when turned on found multiple leaks. And when we attempted to contact him he ghosted us and were forced to call emergency plumbers so that we could restore water to our house. Oh yeah, when this guy started I had water to my home, when he left I did not, and zero communication.

**** To the business owner: If you're reading this, you have every chance to come back and make this right. Man up, do your job, teach your apprentice what humility means and get the job done right. Find the pieces to fix your mistakes, take the time and restore your company's name, contact the filter vendor and ask for forgiveness and the parts you need to fix my system, apologize and lets move on. You know what you did wrong, and as a man you have the opportunity to own the mistake and FIX IT! Don't let this be the way you operate.

Do not hire this plumber. The only thing he is good at is talking. We hired him to install a whole house water system and RO under the kitchen sink. Before install we were quoted prices for the whole house system and another fee for the RO under the kitchen sink.
When project started they started digging up the yard to connect to the main water line and then decided to take a easier way to hook up the water main and left us with a mess in our yard. The job took half of day. Tim asked us where we wanted to plug in the UV conditioner that comes with the system. We discussed it and agreed and I let him do his work. He then let me know the job was complete and wrote up his invoice and he let me know he would come back early the next week to install the RO under the sink. I paid him for whole house system install. He kept me busy with all his talking during this process. After he left I started cleaning up the mess and notice nothing was plugged in and no UV conditioner present. I then contacted him and let him know of the issue he replied with well you don't need it anyway. But of course we need it we paid for it and it's now incomplete job. I went ahead and contacted aquasana for the missing part and they mailed me a new part. He did not come back early the following week to install the RO system in which I was ok with since I was waiting on the missing parts. After one week of the install of the whole house water install and receiving all parts. I went ahead and reached out to the plumber for install and then he let me know he will now need to raise his rate for the RO under the kitchen sink to 250.0 from 75.00 do to the rise in gas prices. And also he stated that it wasn't his fault of the missing part and will need to charge me again for whole house water system install. Which isn't it because he didn't take the time to stop and let us know it was missing and he clearly knew it was missing since he's the expert and still choose not to say anything. He was a recommended plumber by aquasana. And when I tried to explain it to him that he need to take some accountability and consideration. He said sorry to busy to help with install now and I will need to get help else where.

Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business

Beware of this company. They came out and did an absolute terrible job. They caused a water leak in my house and wouldn't call or text me back. They cut holes in my Sheetrock and left me with more problems than I could have ever imagined. I called the State Board and the BBB on them and they flat out lied. Taking them to court on principle now! Beware!!!
