I bought a house that inherited a service contract with Greg and team. We paid $400 to have them rebuild a compressor and was promised a one-year warranty. Nine months later, the compressor is now out and they are claiming that their warranty only covers a part of the compressor and now I have to pay another $400. I would avoid this company at all cost. Moreover, we chose another service company because one of their quarterly service visits they claimed to have showed up, but there was no evidence of that service visit.

Called Greg about inspecting an aerobic system for a house that had never been maintained. Bryan accompanied Greg and was instrumental in the implementing the needed service and repairs. Both were very knowledgeable about the needed repairs and very conscientious in performing the service. Very pleased with the work performed and I consider the charges to be reasonable.
