Our laundry has the water leaking. They detected the major issue quickly. Then they are very flexible and available for my limited timeframe in order to get the issue fixed. Furthermore, they helped fix potential smell problem with P-trap together in this project.

Showed up on time, did a great job fixing all of our issues. We had a main sewer line clog and they cleaned the main line as well as each of the bathrooms to make sure everything drained normally. They also completely cleaned up after themselves which other plumbers in the past have not. So all around great experience.

They were great. Came out and fixed the leak from hot pipe in the sprinkler system that must have busted from the hard freeze last week. It was leaking a large amount of water in the front yard and down the street. We had to wait 3 days for then to come out but in less than 5 hours he's was done. Our property management company chose the company and we were happy with the services provided.

Upon arriving he never looked for a clean out outside my house. He insisted going up on the roof. My clog was in the front hallway bathroom. He tried to snake it 5+ times!!
First Alejandro should have know after the 1st or 2nd snake try something more was wrong with it. He insisted on to keep going up on the roof. He should also know that the distance from the roof & the clog is way too far and the friction between it would of not gotten the clog out.
Second he said he'd have to put a camera into the pipe. NOT once did I ever see any footage, pictures NOTHING of any pipes of proof that he even used a camera.
Third he uninstalled the toilet and tried to snake it after the 5th time!! Where was that option in the beginning?!??!
At the end he said he "had to leave bc he had another job to do" it was 5 in the afternoon. He tried to charge me for the camera I saw NOTHING OF! AND not to mention he tried charge me for the installation of the toilet that he didn't even put back on when he left!!!!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE HIM!!! When I tried to call him back a few days later he hung up on my face. After pretending he didn't know any English.

Alejandro is the best, most versatile plumber I have ever used. When I needed a new toilet installed in a guest bedroom, he also did a great job replacing the the damaged tile work around the base of the old toilet. When I had new countertops installed in my kitchen, he came up with a creative solution to a problem I had with the old gas line running to my stove-top. He is not expensive, a nice guy and a true professional.
