Home Warranty of America sent me to another business but they weren't able to service my house for a few days. Called HWA back and asked them to find someone who could come the same day and they found Texas Reliable Services. I had a technician over within an hour and they quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part and had us running cool in no time. Very pleased with their work and the service they provide. We'd be sleeping in a hotel if it wasn't for their quick response.

We were recommended Texas Reliable Services through our warranty company and couldn't be more pleased with the effort, attention, and service that they provided. Ruben is a great technician! He was extremely personable/professional, explained everything he was doing, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Our house is 15 years old with the original air conditioner. It took a few visits to get the problem 100% solved but each time we called they scheduled a visit for that day or the next (even on a Saturday and Sunday), came on time and were extremely patient with us. They were easy to work with and do solid work. We will be using them in the future for maintenance.

Texas Reliable Services worked on my remodel and the work that was done was great. They come to the house when they say they will, they are professional, they are cordial and they are efficient.

The difficult, painstaking, and stressful part is coordinating for inspections. That's the reason why I can't give 5 stars. I've been delayed for weeks waiting on them to schedule the final inspection.

Reliable is the exact opposite of what this company is. They've come out what will be 6 times over the past 2 months and STILL have not been able to fix our AC. Do not use them.

We were very impressed with Texas Reliable Services. We noticed water leaking through the garage ceiling and around our upstairs AC unit. Reuben from TRS came to our house (via Home Warranty of America) within 2 hours ON A SATURDAY, fixed our clogged drain line and explained everything thoroughly to prevent future problems. He was nice and very professional. Now we have to deal with our water damage, but that's our problem and at least we can have our AC running.

This company is horrible. My wife and I were assigned them through Home Warranty of America(another terrible company) to fix our AC. They made no fewer than 9 trips to our house to diagnose and fix the system. Their service techs were no good, made diagnoses that did not make sense, charged us $500 to replace a compressor that stopped working within 2 hours of them leaving. I called to straighten things out and to let them know that the install job was done poorly and Juan, the manager and or owner yelled at me over the phone and refused to listen to my reasoning when I told him what the other techs said when I had them come out to evaluate why the system wasn't working. He then agreed to meet me to take a look at it himself, but he no-call-no-showed. My pregnant wife had to endure 5 weeks with no ac and we got exactly 0 satisfaction from them. If I could give no stars, I would. If your home warranty recommends them, don't do it.

Great all around service from Juan with TRS. Had a whole new unit replaced. TRS gave me the best quote out of the three I got. They were all very friendly and efficient. It was an overall great, easy experience.

Got in a bind when my a/c blower all of a sudden decided to take a vacation this 4th of July weekend. I went through my warranty company and asked for a choice in contractors after the one they originally assigned me had negative reviews.

I got my choice and got TRS based on their reviews. The company itself is on it, from emails to texts confirmed the appointment and updates on the technician.

Ruben checked out my A/C, fixed the issue and was super friendly the whole time even telling it like it was with the type of HVAC unit I had. Based on this experience, I'll definitely be calling them again come maintenance time for the winter!

I submitted multiple requests for a quote to have somebody come out to resolve a clogged HVAC drain line. TRS was the first to respond with acceptable availability and prices. So we setup an appointment.

While here, I also opted to have the 7-year old HVAC system services, inspected, and cleaned. During the process, the technician was very helpful in explaining what he was doing, and providing tips and suggestions along the way. It seems you get different guidelines for maintenance intervals depending on who you talk to. In either case, it was useful feedback.

He found a capacitor nearing failure, and was able to quickly replace this for less than if I had waited for it to fail. With Texas summer approaching, that's never a good thing.

The only issue was not being able to actually address the drain line issue. I ultimately called another HVAC specialist who also didn't immediately have the answer, but was able to quickly determine the issue (which there was no issue) and verify everything was working perfectly. I was simply given incorrect information from the original home builder.

That really came down to experience. Which unfortunately cost me another expensive service visit fee. As such, that somewhat left a negative impression with me. Although to be fair, overall, it wasn't a bad service experience. Just not ideal.

I was very pleased with the service from Texas Reliable. My air conditioner went out and the very next day after Home Warranty approved the repairs, Reliable was here with 3 guys fixing my A/C. They were timely, efficient and friendly. They even showed me how to change the filter on my furnace and gave me the specs for the filter. They were simply wonderful! I highly recommend TRS!
