Since our inception in 2007, we have been focused on delivering quality plumbing services in Houston. Even though we are relatively new, our trained professionals manage all your plumbing needs with competence. As a family-run company, we take pride in our work. Starting with just a pickup truck, two brothers, and an apprentice, we have come a long way. As time passed, we grew and currently manage 17 service vans. Our growth stems from our commitment to our customers.

I was informed that there would be a service charge for the tech to come out and assess the problem. I explained the problem to the lady on the phone and agreed to pay the charge. First, the technicians arrived late. Second, they did not have the equipment need to perform the task. They told me, that they were told it was a different problem. And to evaluate my issue they would have to go get a different machine. Then they said it might be tomorrow or the next day before they could get back. This was not what I agreed to in paying the service charge. I paid it. But I don't feel like I should have to pay it if they weren't even ready to do any work. I went with a different company who showed up on time and was ready to work, not just milk me for money.

Everyone at Texas quality plumbing did a great job and they were very professional including Mike and Brandon. I would definitely use them and recommend them again. Their price to repair our pipes was very reasonable. They came out initially on a Sunday when we were having an emergency. I thought that the little gift bag and bark box that they gave us at the end of the job was a nice added touch. We also received an automated text message letting us know when they were coming out and asking us to provide feedback on their service. They also provided pictures of what they repaired. You can definitely tell that this Company strives to provide excellent customer service.

Initially the guys missed where the smell was coming from in my bathroom. Subsequently, they accurately diagnosed the problem on a second trip out. They fixed a cracked pipe and gave me some great advice. Pricey but did a great job. I'd recommend you give them a call.

Love the great customer services I received. Its was very easy to set up an appointment and have someone come and take a look. Once the plumber found out the issue he quickly fixed our clogged drain and was an easy check out. I will definitely use this trusted company in the future. Texas Quality Plumbing came to my house to repair a leak from the riser on the side of the house. They did an excellent job of determining what might have caused the leak in the first place. They not only fixed the leak, but they also corrected the piping in order to eliminate any undesired stress on the pipe that could potentially cause a leak in the future. I am very satisfied with their response time and their professionalism.

Amazing customer service! I called and they could come out the same day to look at the gas line to my fireplace. It turned out that the gas line wasn't an issue, but rather than collecting his fee and going on his way, Mario stayed until he figured out that the problem was the remote batteries. Saved me tons of money and he was even nice to my dogs!!! Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

My pilot went out on my hot water heater so I called this plumbing company because of the reviews on Yelp.

They sent over two young hispanic men, one did not speak English, but he's the one that did all of the looking around and the other guy just interpreted for him.

He said that he tried to light the pilot and it would not light, he said he bled the gas line and it would not light so they said that I need to replace the gas valve.

I then called the warranty company for the water heater and they mailed the parts over. This plumbing company wanted to charge me $490 to replace the gas valve.

Because the cost was so high and my water heater is only 2.5 yrs old I called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion, when the tech from Roto-Rooter got here he lit the pilot and that was it.

Nothing needed to be replaced. I believe TX Plumbing company tried to stick it to me, nothing was wrong with my water heater the young plumbers they sent were either inexperienced which was not hard to believe or tried to make some extra cash.

Whatever the case, I thank the Lord that there are other options out there. I did call the company to tell them the situation because they charged me $59 for service fee to come out and $10 for their Kindle fee. I asked for a reimbursement bec of the misdiagnosis and trouble they put me through, the manager never called me back. I don't know who would want to work with such a company.

Problem:
This company performed a service that left us with a gas leak inside our home and put myself, my husband and our 6 month old baby in harms way. The gas leak was found 14 hours later after we had been asleep all night. My husband came out of our bedroom and could smell gas all over the house. We immediately called Centerpoint Gas company to come out and stop the leak. They did and told us this could have been detrimental to our families health. The gas company official also said that Texas Quality Gas did not protect their work as he could see their work from the inside of the walls. We also have pictures that backup the fact that the job was not done correctly which resulted in a gas leak.

Great service starting with Mercedes, who answers the phone, "How can I make you smile today?" She booked an appointment for the timeframe I requested. The company sends an email with the name of the lead plumber who will be at your house along with a small profile. The 2 man team, Mario and Ivan, arrived on time, were very polite and worked to find the best solution for several issues. The job was much bigger than anticipated but they were up to the challenge and worked for about 6 hours. A "digging crew" was needed and they took care to minimize damage to the flower beds and yard. On day two, a second crew arrived, Eric and Ruben. Same results, timely, polite, efficient. The cost was high, but I have nothing to compare it with. I received an email estimate and they stuck to that even when an additional part was required. I would definitely use this company again!

I had these guys come out to re route a drain pipe due to attic overflow . They were prompt about checking the job and giving an estimate . I called them back 2 days later and asked them if they could do the job . They said could start that afternoon which they did ( everything is great so far) . They were working upstairs I go up to check the status and notice a big gouge in the wall. I asked the guy in charge (PePe) who was going to fix the wall and he said they don't do Sheetrock repair. I told him I understand but you are professional plumber and I paid for a professional job. I went up to the attic to check the rest of the job and instead of capping the drain as was quoted they filled the pipe with spray foam . I told I would not accept that at all . They cut a hole in the wall ( no prob) but it looked terrible. They finally leave and my wife tells me there's a leak under the lavatory where they were working , I checked the fittings and everything is very loose. I go back to the attic to look again and realize the condensate line is now dripping in the AC overflow. I go to the hardware and buy all new fitting to replace this section ( I guess from the movement the pipe fitting got broke loose) . I called the office to let them I was not happy with the work , I spoke to a lady named Mercedes who offered to send them back out to the house. I told her I don't want them back out but I would like to speak to the owner or manager . I have not spoke to him yet but I won't use them for anymore plumbing work and I won't recommend them for anything either .
