If i could leave zero stars, i would. This company was referred to us by our neighbors in the shadow creek subdivision. I called early in the week and was given an appointment for friday at 10 am. I took time off from work and re-scheduled client appointments to be here at ten am. Not only did this company not show up, but they didnt call and didnt answer any of my calls. Terrible customer service. What a waste of my time. After reading another review on here, it looks like im not the only person they have done this to. So unprofessional!!

I used this company for awhile but unfortunately i scheduled with them last week and they no showed never called to explain which would have been nice probably would have used them again if they had. I tried calling to see what happened and phone was forwarded to vm and not taking any vm due to it full.

I have used this company several times and I've always been very happy with the job they do and the cost. I called them on Tuesday of this week to come out some time this week. I was told they would come that day. They never showed. I called them again on Friday morning, since they had not called or came by, and they said they would be here that day. It is now Saturday and I have yet to hear from them. I needed the carpet and sectional couch cleaned before a party tomorrow and now that won't get done. If they would've just told me on Tuesday that they couldn't make it I would've called someone else. I am so disappointed in this company. I will never use them or recommend them again. They are very unprofessional and unreliable.

I called Texas Pro Solutions to fix our bathtub faucet that wouldn't turn on and wouldn't turn a stream of running water off. Not only were they quick to respond, thorough in explaining what was wrong (and shutting off the wasted water) but they saved me a trip to Home Depot with a toddler by replacing the faucet handle for me. That alone is worth gold!
The price came in less than expected, too. Will be utilizing their services again without hesitation!

I hired Texas Pro Solutions to clean the floor tile and grout in my home. They showed up on time and went right to work. The tile floors looked much better after they finished the work. The crew was pleasant and professional and took great care while using their equipment in my home. Their price was, by far, much less than some of the other tile cleaning folks I contacted. I recommend them if you need similar services performed.
