I had an appointment booked for Wednesday, February 17, from 8:00-11:00. Not only did no one show up, they did not call, wouldn't answer their phone or return a text message. It is now Friday, two days after my appointment and I never heard back from them at all. This absolutely smacks of a company that could care less about the customer or even making a feeble attempt to be somewhat courteous or respectful. If I were you, I would absolutely not waste my time with this company. I know that I won't ever again.

This is the second time I call Texas Premier Plumbing to check a problem in my house.
I was told by another plumber that the job will cost over $600, but when I called them for a second opinion, They came on-time, did the camera inspection and diagnosis, and discovered that the issue is not in my house, but in the main sewer. I paid a fraction of the price of what the other professional requested, and for the repair, I need no more than calling the City of Houston and ask them to take care of it.

I am a happy customer, and I recommend TPP with all my heart.

Read your response Mike. I spoke with Erica in your office Friday and after she spoke with you, she confirmed the company would be refunding my money. The following Tuesday, when the check had cleared my bank, I called again, Erica spoke with you and called me back with the offer to refund my money if I took down the review. I do not see that as reaching out to do all you can to resolve the issue. Your company promised to refund my money based on the miss, starting with not scheduling the appointment when I called and your company did not follow through.

So to update my previously posted review, the company did not refund my money as they had promised after the terrible service I received. Instead, they contacted me three days later with an offer to to "cut me a check today if I took the review down". I'm out $350, received terrible service, am not sure the plumbing issue was resolved. I will not back down, others need to know to abound this company at all costs. They do not stand by their work or their word.

Texas Premier Plumbing was awesome!! The kitchen sink was backed up due to years of grease buildup. They came and cleared up not only the kitchen line but also the mainline of the house. Ben and Larry were very friendly. Very happy with their service and price.

Complex Sewer Cleanout

I had a sewage lift station whose output was blocked. Turned out that it was jimmy-rigged installed by some handyman many years ago. Leo tried to run a "snake" but progress was blocked. Decision was made to use their camera. He was able to locate the problem, identify how, and the underground location where the piping was installed. This was not a simple shower head repair. It took experience . Price was reasonable, and I was given a discount because I used the two procedures. They came to my house 30 minutes after calling, prepared, courteous, and educated about the process and what was required. This '30 minute' job took over 2 hours to complete. But they stayed with it until it was done right.

I was in a pinch, a busted main line not a good way to come home. My neighbor gave me his plumber he has used for years and trusted, Texas Premiere Plumbing was out to repair quickly seemed like minutes. I highly recommend Texas Premiere Plumbing, and Thank you so much again.

I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues! I called TPP last Monday, and they scheduled an appointment for me the following day (had it been an emergency they would have scheduled me for the same day, even though they were extremely busy). Leonar arrived on time, with his shoe coverings, and was professional and courteous. The issue was due to my trying to place a handheld bidet on the toilet, which had a Accor valve. Unfortunately, I hadn't realized that the twisting I did to the hose broke the seal, and that I would need a gasket in the coupling to prevent leaks. He installed the gasket within a couple of minutes, and even called his office to see if he could discount my ticket due to the ease of the job. Although I was disappointed that I missed that easy fix, I was more than happy to pay the (very) reasonable fee. He got extra points because he never once made me feel like a moron for my oversight.

We had a pipe to break and searched for a 24hour plumber. Yelpers gave great reviews for TPP. My husband called and spoke with a professional gentleman and dispatched Manny. Manny arrived when stated, was very courteous, professional, and explained the process and cleaned up after himself. For using someone, or a company, based on reviews alone, we were satisfied.

After checking 3-4 different companies I saw Texas premier. I decided to go with them after reading their reviews and I'm glad I did. Leo and Tim were very professional. They works hard on replacing my water heater and made sure to clean after themselves. Ben the manager followed up with me when they finished and was very polite as well. I will defiantly recommend their service and will use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.
