Where can I start? I was working as a maintenance coordinator in Houston, as you may know after Harvey, there were a lot issues in most part of the city. Ben and his company would be my very first option when it came to plumbing repairs/maintenance in any of the houses and apartment complex we serviced.

We always had an explanation of why the issue was happening, how it could be solved and of course a reasonable price to fix it.

I recommend every single person to call this company, you won't regret it!!

Thomas came out today and installed a water purifying system for my house and did a professional and clean job. Ben had come out and given me a quote and this was the price I was given today on my invoice. Thomas and his partner were meticulous in their work and showed me how to change the filter so I can maintain the system myself. I was impressed!

Just called to try to schedule an appointment with him, but badly with no success. He told me he is pretty much booked and first availability will be next Tuesday. I told him that is fine just to tell me at what time he can go. So he told me from 11AM to 3PM. I asked him if he can do like two hour window, instead of 4 hours. He asked me to call somebody else and told me he has difficulty to communicate with me.
I guess he is just not interested to do small jobs because I asked help to replace shower diverter/valve. But actually the job could be bigger because the house has 3 bedrooms and 4 toilets. I also would like somebody to check each toilet/water leaking repair, and water heater while plumber is there doing the repairs/replacement.
Anyway, I would appreciate if he could just tell me the truth instead of being difficult to do a scheduling.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

When I discovered my sewer line needed replacing, I first tried calling another company who said there was a $50 charge to come and evaluate the problem. I asked that company if this charge would be applied to the repair cost if I decided to use them. Their answer..NO. Meaning, even though they haven't even made it to my house I'm already I'm out $50. Why would I ever do business with them. Not what I would expect from a Radio Show Sponsor. I looked on yelp and noticed that the owner of TPP responded to reviews so I contacted him and he had someone come out and quote me a price that was $2000 less than one quoted to my RR. I had them handle the job and there was no change in price. When their crew was done they refilled the trench, put the grass back on top and even watered it down to help it get reestablished. Ben was a really nice guy, makes you feel like he's there to help. If I have any other plumbing problems, these are the guys I'm calling.

My main sewer line got backed up, another plumber came by and wanted to charge me $600 for a camera inspection. George from Texas premier Plumbing did it for half the price plus give me credit to use their Hydro jet machine. Strongly recommend their service.

I have been through several plumbers trying to keep my 1950s rancher in good working order, and TX Premier Plumbing is as good as it gets. I am so glad to have found them! They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, did exactly what they said they would do, and did the work for a fair, competitive price. They were also extremely courteous and clean. We will not use any other plumber again. Their magnet is on my fridge, and they will be the first and only company I call when I need a plumber. My only regret is not having found these guys years ago.
