Initially they were on time and reasonable. But the last couple of times they were late and prices high. The last time they were on site for one hour and 15 minutes and charged $370.00 to finish hooking up a sink that the faucet and handles were already installed on. They charged $87.00 for parts that retail for about $18.00. I need another plumber.

Would never use this company again. Charged $270 to snake the drain in the kitchen. They were here less than 30 minutes. They also charged a $45 trip charge to drive from Porter to Kingwood. Absolutely ridiculous!

I could not have been more pleased with their service. We had an emergency plumbing issue and the plumber arrived at our house early Saturday morning (right around they time we had been told they would arrive). He took 30 minutes and fixed our problem. He was polite, professional, and knowledgable. He also provided us with some unrelated plumbing advice. I will certainly use this service again next time we have a plumbing issue.

Called to set up an appointment in early December, 2016, in which they came. Told us there were some parts that were needed to replace, so they would have to order and back out. Well, they never came out to fix it, never communicated anything to us. I had to contact them several times and was told that they would come out on a specific date, which they did not. Just poor service, period. I am surprised they are still in business. I ended up calling another company, who came out within 2 hours of my call and now are working on it. I would suggest contacting MGES.
