Established in 2006 in Utopia, TX, Texas Plumbing has been adapting and improving over the years. The early days were challenging, with numerous industry hurdles to overcome, but we adapted and thrived. As the service landscape and technology advanced, we gained insights and applied our collective experience to not just keep pace but to outshine our rivals. As the manager, I’d like to offer some advice. When I started in plumbing, a key belief was, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.' While this may seem amusing to some, it made sense back then, as older products were crafted from high-quality American metals and built in the USA, with water standards being much higher and water heaters featuring glass liners. Over the years, I noticed a decline in quality for various reasons, which I prefer not to discuss. Furthermore, in the midst of plumbing emergencies, I encountered dishonest beliefs from some plumbers, such as 'parts that break are our job security.' I won’t go into detail about this troubling cycle, but it’s important to note that many individuals have either faced or know someone who has dealt with a plumbing disaster that could have been avoided with proactive maintenance. Preventative maintenance is key - A+.
