Texas Plumbing started in 2006 in Utopia, TX, and has been growing ever since. In the beginning, we faced many challenges in the industry, but we learned and progressed. As the service landscape and technology advanced, we gained insights and applied our collective experience to not just keep pace but to outshine our rivals. Now, we believe we have an advantage, as customers seek a plumber who is personal and dedicated rather than a faceless corporation with high overhead.

As the manager, I’d like to offer some advice. When I first entered the plumbing field, there was a prevailing belief: 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.' This may seem humorous today, but it was reasonable back then, as older products were made from superior American metals, produced in the USA, and water standards were much stricter, with water heaters having glass liners. Over time, I witnessed a decrease in quality for multiple reasons, which I choose not to elaborate on. Additionally, through numerous plumbing emergencies, I encountered dishonest beliefs among some plumbers, such as 'parts that fail are job security for us.' I don’t need to explain this vicious cycle further, but it’s worth noting that most people have either had a plumbing disaster or know someone who has, which could have been prevented with timely repairs. Preventative maintenance is essential - A+.
