Only plumber we were able to get after the snow. Appreciated they were able to come even though the roads were not great. They came during standard hours, but charged an emergency fee of $375 for the visit due to the roads.
We had a leaking hot water heater and wanted them to check to confirm the temporary fix of a burst pipe would hold.

They were at the house for literally 10 min and charged $416. They charged above the $375 because they undid 4 screws looked inside the tankless hot water and said issue was internal and they could not fix it because they did not service that brand and had never heard of it. They took 2 min to look at the fix my husband did and said it was good.

We talked to friend with a tankless hot water heater and they had the exact same brand as us. Made it more curious why theses hacks never heard of the brand, since our friends had theirs installed before ours by a different plumber than who installed ours.

Two days later we were able to get the original plumber there. They said the inside of the water heater was fine and working as expected. It was just a frozen condensation line. They cleared some of our other lines from the hot water heater and that fixed our issue. They also came when the roads were not great, but charged almost $200 less and actually fixed the issue.

Felt this plumber took advantage of the situation and had the audacity to charge an extra $40+ above the standard excessive charge to not do ANYTHING! Based upon what the other plumbers did externally to the unit I would NEVER use this company as they are obvious hacks that could not even diagnose the simplest situation.

Very great company! Will call again for issues. They installed a new tankless water heater and we had some issues with the electrical company that followed up (not associated with them) saying the T.W.H. was incorrect for our current breaker and a new wire for a 50 amp breaker (we had a 40 amp) would have to be ran. Texas Plumbing Repair pulled their own electrician (busy earlier that day) and their manager both personally came out on a Friday evening for a second opinion. Their electrician confirmed this T.W.H. can be updated to 50 amp breaker without rewiring. They covered the electrician charge due to the inconvenience. Just amazing. After completing that very evening, it popped the next morning but not since. I talked to the manager through this whole process and he was so helpful and professional. As were the related employees. Prices were fair for the new installation. Highly recommend.

Called another company who recommended a very expensive service I called this company and stated clearly there was another way for cheaper. They arrived early and called ahead when in the home they were quick professional and very easy to work with I did not feel a need to supervise anything and feel taken advantage of great guys Micheal was very very nice and professional .

I have used Texas Plumbing Repair many times in the past and have always been pleased. I have used them for several services, sewer line repairs, waterline installs and putting in a new water heater. They were on time, very professional, honest and very reasonable. I will use them every time I have any issues.

Feel like I was ripped off by this plumbing company. The plumber asked if he could replace the toilet as the one I had was a piece of garbage. They. Laimed what they replaced it with was a $600 toilet. I was dealing with a water leak in another part of the house so did not register they are full of bs. After charging $4000 for slab repair and "giving me the toilet for free" I felt something was wrong. Researched and found I was screwed. Toilet they took out was a $250 Delta, replaced by a $100 glacier bay, not to mention the $4000 flange repair.

Crew was super nice and professional.

Would highly recommend! The guys were on time, professional & did an amazing job!
Hired them for a drain cleanout after the guest bathroom backed up, they came out the next morning and had the job complete within an hour. The guys were polite and didn't leave any kind of mess behind.
