Rediculously expensive. Over $400 to fix an outside faucet leak and turned out he only capped it off because he didn't have have the faucet part in the truck so I can't even use the faucet without having them come back out and charge me another $135 to finish the job! Said he could go to Lowes and get the parts but would charge me by the hour for travel time plus additional parts and labor!

These guys were a complete bust. Head guy came out, then delegated to guys that weren't up to the task. They ran cameras down two sewer lines - both 'couldn't be detected' (but they still charged me). Snaked a line but couldn't clear it - but still charged me. Asked head guy for a quote on additional work - no quote received. In all, I paid $800 and got a toilet hooked up and a valve installed, maybe $100 worth of actual value. Oh, yeah - they left me with a quote for $2600 to chip out the line they couldn't find.
*** update - Brandon Braswell, head of East Texas Plumbing called me concerning this review. I told him if he could tell me anything that wasn't true in it, I would change it. His response was to quibble with my $100 value estimate. He said it should have been $325 to set a toilet and install a valve. So he only charged me a little over double. He also called the city to report me on a perceived code violation - a guy that really understands how to treat a customer. I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews, but this one is a considered exception. ***
