Whoever this Cindy is at Texas Plumbing and Backflow is incredibly rude and a horrible representation for this company. (Unfortunately she's the only one who answers the phone)I was trying to reach the Owner to let them no about the issue I was having with this Woman. She would not give me the information nor my Assistant the information. She was rude with my Assistant as well. I was at a meeting and I had Cindy on speaker when her rudeness was at a HIGH. All 8 people whom are key individuals in this Community was present and witnessed her behavior and is ready to add some reviews, on their own because they witnessed her tasteless and unnecessary behavior.She seems to be very Cold hearted or maybe she doesn't care for the blacks and the browns. Not sure. I do not recommend this company because of CINDY.Although, they prices or a bit ridiculous...but when I hired them a couple of times they got the job done. The first initial call I ever made with this company she was a bit edgy then, just an unpleasant personality.The first couple of times I took it as maybe she was having a bad day. But this last time her tacky sarcasm was a bit too much. If the Owner sees this, please reach out to me and I will gladly remove this review. I do not recommend this COMPANY.

This company is BUSY but they make time for you and Bubba is awesome. He does a thorough job and ensures it's done properly. Highly recommend this company. My family also uses them and has been overly impressed time and time again. Thank you!!

Texas Plumbing & Backflow replaced a tankless water heater for me and also did a lot of work on my remodel. They are courteous and fair and do a great job! I would recommend them and use them for all my plumbing needs.

As a landlord with properties in four different metro areas, these guys are probably my favorite service professional in any field, not just plumbing. They are everything I look for from a service provider. They get you on the books quickly. Their invoices are detailed down to the screw and minute. Their hourly rate is more than reasonable, and their friendly staff and owner goes out of their way to accommodate you. A few years ago, another local plumber, whose name I won't mention, had me over the barrel for a water heater installation on the first day of the summer season. He tried to fleece me to the tune of $2,500 just to replace the unit--no modifications to the existing plumbing were necessary. Bubba at Texas Backflow got a guy out there that day knowing I had no other options. Recently after the big freeze came through, they got to the house and the wrong key was in the lock box. Rather than blow me off and push me to the back of the long list of people waiting for repairs, they came back later in the day, after my neighbor had returned home and got the right key back in the lock box. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Since our wonderful plumber company of 20 years retired and sold their business, we have tried several plumbers for different needs, and just have not found one we have been satisfied with. We called Texas Plumbing and Backflow. The last plumber told us a simple faucet change could not be done without removing the side of the tub, and it was going to cost much more than we thought a simple faucet change should cost. Kelly came out today took one look at it, walked back to his truck, came in the with necessary parts, and replace it good as new in 15 minutes. I had read the reviews on this company, and want verify all the 5 stars are true. Thank you Texas Plumbing and Backflow.

We had Texas Plumbing come out and plumb a shower, toilet and double vanity for a new construction masterbath. Monty ran into some issues dealing with an older existing home but persevered through it all and did a fantastic job. So well in fact, had Bubba come back for another estimate and they will be doing a new bathroom upstairs. These guys are professional, friendly and innovative to work with.

These people are very good. I use to use Buddy's Plumbing when the original owners were in business. One of Buddy's plumbers referred me to these guys when he couldn't do the job. I used them twice within the past five years. I went to no water draining to quick draining.
