I've had Ronnie and his team at Texas Master Plumber come to my house several times for different repairs including replacing a hot water heater, fixing another hot water heater that was incorrectly installed by a different plumber, replacing tub drains, unclogging a main drain line, installing a kitchen sink, replacing a fireplace gas valve, and repairing a difficult to find tub leak. They've always done excellent work, often going above and beyond expectations. They're honest, courteous, arrive on time, and prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Wish I could give them more than five stars.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company. We needed our gas fireplace checked for a leak and found Texas Master Plumber. Ronnie was quick to respond and arrived when promised. After inspecting the gas line to the fireplace we found out everything was fine. What surprised us, was Ronnie didn't charge for the visit, since he didn't have to repair anything. Great guy! Will gladly do business with Ronnie again.

I used this company for responding to a finding on a home inspection that I had done for the purchase of an older home. Ronnie was able to come out to locate and look at the damage by a tree root into the sewage line quickly! He took the extra time to find the location of the actual root and the areas that would be impacted by it. His visit helped me feel confident to proceed with the purchase of my future midcentury home.

I called Texas Master Plumber (TMP) after a very rude plumber from another company left my home. I left a message on TMP's online portal since it was Friday night. I asked for Saturday service since we did not have hot water for several days and Sears Home Warranty would not be able to tackle the problem for a whole week. The owner called/responded to my request on Friday night and said they could get someone out to my house on Saturday. They called me again Saturday morning to let me know a plumber could get out to my house within the next 2 hours. I received a third call to let me know the plumber would be there in 30 minutes. Great communication efforts, overall.
Alton, the plumber, came to my home and immediately fixed the water heater problem that the previous plumber (through Sears Home Warranty) could not/would not repair. But that is for another review I will write on the whole home warranty scam. Alton was very knowledgeable and waited 30 minutes to ensure the hot water was working as it should. The repair charge was VERY reasonable (less than my home warranty deductible). Thank you, Alton and Texas Master Plumber. I will be contacting your company again for any future plumbing issues.

My vacuum breaker on the sprinkler system was damaged by the recent freeze. Also the ball valves were rusted and hard to shut off the system before the freeze. I ended up lucky to still have water. I understood and offered the wait for more urgent cases for people without water. The repair was completed today!

If I could give minus stars I would. The overflow from the A.C. unit was clogged in the attic. The man they sent to fix it , poured a container of my own bleach down the line and said it was all he could do. He went back to his shop and told the boss he snaked the line and cleared it. It took two days to get another plumber to come out. This plumber from another company cleared the line and stopped the water from flooding my carpets in less than 20 minutes.
