The gentleman that showed up was thorough and quick! He went right at the clog in my sink and had it cleared in minutes. He then gave me a much needed lesson in what to put down a garbage disposal and what not to. He arrived right in the middle of the window of time given to me and I was called 30 minutes before his arrival. The clog appeared on Sunday afternoon and was gone by Monday afternoon! Fast service! And the operator scheduling the service was very professional.

I used their Request a Quote service on Yelp and I got a very quick response followed up by a phone call to setup an appointment the next day (I had isolated the leak so it was not an emergency). I was given a 2 hour window with a 30 minute advance call - it worked perfectly. Wish I could remember the plumbers name but he assessed the leak and had the materials to do it. The work was very professionally done and he even put fresh insulation on the sprinkler pipe. No doubt I will contact Texas Master Plumber first for any future plumbing needs

I arrived home today and was informed by my neighbor that I had water coming from the side of my house. I checked it out and entered my home expecting the worse. I stepped into the attic where I heard a continuous flow of water. Panic and fear set in!!! I went to Yelp to look up plumbers in the Pearland area. The first company that I called would not be able to send someone until Monday (3 days later). Then I called this company and spoke with Jessie. She took down my information and promised she would have someone at my house WiTHIN the hour!!! When Cody arrived (in less than an hour) he was professional, kind and immediately shut off the source of the leak which was my water heater. He consulted with his boss by phone and advised me to call my home warranty company. Even though they do not contract with my particular home warranty company, he answered my questions and informed me that my situation could be worse. I wasn't charged anything but felt SO MUCH better after he assessed my situation. I will definitely bookmark this plumbing service for future use and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in a desperate situation.

My fancy shower panel's temperature dial stopped working. They were among the top three on yelp in my area for plumbers and responded promptly to my request. The dispatcher/receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first plumber came out, again very nice man, said he wasn't familiar with the equipment, said he would send the master plumber within the next 24 hours. The master plumber (Ronnie) arrived within the 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, suggested I call the manufacturer for the shower cartridge (because this was an uncommon brand). The manufacturer (who make nice stuff but their customer service sucks!) took almost 3 months to get the part to me. I called Master Plumbers on Monday, asked for a Friday appointment, got it, the dispatcher/receptionist let me know the plumber was on his way. He arrived promptly (I'm so sorry I forgot his name but he was very nice as well); was familiar with my type of shower panel; worked through a couple of problems but within an hour had fixed it. The price was perfectly reasonable and I am one happy customer!
