I spoke with Roger and even though I didn't use their company I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help.

Texas Green Plumbing came to my rescue when I had major plumbing issues with my newly purchased condo. They were very professional and understanding while I was having a total melt down with my ceiling falling after the plumbing backed up upstairs & on top of that my hot water heater was leaking at the same time! They did a great job fixing everything! I highly recommend Texas Green Plumbing & I will use them again in the future when I need a plumber!

We couldnt be happier with the service we have received from Texas Green. Our Drains were backing up all the way into the bath tubs on the 2nd floor of our home. Roger and Amber both gave their best and had their amazing technicians out to our home same day with a solution same day! They were fair in their pricing (I thought they actually should have charged a little more) and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. They have earned our business and I will refer them to anyone I know in need!

The plumber showed up on time and did do the job he was asked to do, which was to replace a shut off valve for a toilet. It is literally less than half an hour of work and less than $20 in parts and they charged my wife $360! Unfortunately she didn't know any better when she was quoted the estimate. I wish I could have been available. So, if you are a woman that wants to taken for granted these guys will to the job and rake you over the coals at $700+ an hour.

Terribly Expensive, $330 an hour for labor! I had Texas Green come out to replace my kitchen sink, after reading their reviews. The plumber was here for 2.5 hours and they charged $857, I provided the sink and their were no other parts required....HIGHWAY ROBBERY! The service was fine, but holy cow, $330 AN HOUR FOR LABOR! The online reviews are good, which is why I called them, but be forewarned, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE!

This is an amazing company and crew. Professional and they know their plumbing. It's great to know there's a company out there I can trust to be honest and do excellent work.
My house flooded on Dec. 19. Texas Green Plumbing came out early the next morning. He found the busted pipe and fixed it, even installed a no-freeze faucet that was outside the wall where the pipe broke. He was so hard working and honest that I knew I'd call them again.
When I moved back into my home recently, I called Texas Green to replace my hot water heater. Great team work and excellent communication between the plumbers.
Thank you for such professional service. You're practically the only company throughout the last several months of reconstruction that I'd use again.

Texas Green will always be my go-to plumbing company. These guys are good at what they do and they don't cut any corners. I know I can trust them to get it right the FIRST time. I've seen Roger (owner) make miracles happen with seemingly impossible deadlines. Coming from a Realtor, this is HUGE. Amazing customer service!

I called Texas Green Plumbing because I was having some problems with water discharge bubbling up in a utility sink when the washing machine drained water. The service was scheduled promptly, the plumber was clearly skilled, determined to fully investigate the problem, and efficient in solving the issue. He also thoroughly cleaned up the work area after finishing. I will definitely call this company the next time I have need for a plumber!

I called this plumber because my water heater was not working. Their flat rate is advertised at $75.00. After around 25 minutes (i checked the time on my phone) he told me that everything was fine except my pilot light was out. For this he charged me $225.00. Basically for a quick look at the heater and the light the light. After i called the office up the owner (Roger) called me back and was very argumentative. He didn't want to hear my side and just blindly sided with the tech. I offered to split in half and to even ask him what he thought was fair and he said 225. I would stay away from the type of predatory company. One more thing - on their website it states that "You will know and be able to approve the total price of the project before work begins". The tech never told me what he was going to do before he started.

I called this company when I was in quite a pickle as the gas had been turned off at a rental duplex that I own. Roger did get someone over here within an hour or so. The first guy who came said that the crawl space was too small to work underneath the house. I approved them bringing a guy to dig a tunnel to go under the house. At that point I asked Roger what kind of cost I was looking at. He said about $1800 for the plumber and a digger. About is the important word. He did not inform me that he only does flat pricing, no detailed bill at all. He did go the extra mile and jump through a lot of hoops to get the city permit. He charged me $500 for that and I have no quibble with that part of his invoice. On the city permit he estimated the cost of the job at $2000. It took them two days to actually do the job. When the second plumber got here on the first day he was able to get under the house, so the digger was told to leave. The second plumber who came was incredible!!! He knew what he was doing but I have no confidence in the first man to arrive. I did not ask for a firm price because I know how many issues can come up in these old houses. The bill came to $4975 which I thought was outrageous. The two plumbers, one master and the other journeyman, were maybe here 7 hours each day. I think Roger spent at the most 6 hours getting the permit. He told me that they worked 44 hours, there is no way that they worked that long. They spent $500 on parts so nearly $4500 was for labor. Geez, is he a lawyer!! He charged me $275 for the journeyman to come over the next day and take their gauge off and put on 4 flex lines. He left the stove sitting in the middle of the kitchen and was maybe here 20 minutes. I told him that the bill was too high and that I needed it reduced. He said he absolutely would not. He told me that if I didn't pay him the next morning that they would come and tear the new pipe out. Then he said he would call the Dallas police to report me for theft of service. Roger is a very nice guy until you question him and then he got downright mean. I was fully prepared to pay $3500. Careful, careful ,careful if you choose this company. I'll never use them again.
