Unfortunately, they refuse to finish work once they are stopped from continuously charging for more work.
We asked for a pipe inspection. It led to a cleanout installation contract (which we expected) during which they left open a pit full of sewerage for several days. The original plan from them was to leave this pit open for a week or more, depending on their schedule. After getting a second opinion they walked away from the job, charging for backfilling a hole that they left open. Payment for these services was made in good faith.
I would not use them again, due to the lack of communication, the several days of back and forth, and the final walk away that has left a mess in our yard. We could have resolved it amicably earlier, however the continual delays and eventual abandoment even after payment shows me they will not work on good faith, and only will work when more future work is promised.
Do Not Use.

During Dallas early 2021 ice storms, we had a pipe burst. In the midst of a chaotic week for service companies, they came within one week.

TXP was the only group that followed up and followed through. They were efficient, HONEST, and human during the process.

I don't think I've ever given a plumber more than three stars and I'm giving them five. Highly recommend.

They sent a guy out told me I had no clean outs, charged me more to get on my roof and run a camera telling me my pipes had roots in them. Second opinion pointed out my clean outs and identified the issue. Two stars because the plumbers who came out were nice. Otherwise would have been 1 because they tried to sell me on a service that would have cost me $5000+ when it was not necessary and because they charged me more for quote when they did not need to get on my roof.

Had an issue with my dishwasher/garbage disposal and called Texas Green Plumbing. Came out very fast and the plumbers were very professional and very nice. After finding out that there was just a small user error issue they handed me the bill and it was $200 after 15 minutes of investigation. I was told the charge for them to come out was $80 which I was totally prepared to pay to have them out so fast but they added another $80 for a "tool" charge. If they used a tool I didn't see it and whatever was used could not have been much larger then a screw driver as I was in the kitchen for most of the 15 minutes. Again, no issue paying $80 for them coming out, but charging nearly $100 because they pulled a screw driver out of their pocket? Felt scammed.

Texas Green Plumbing came to my rescue when I had major plumbing issues with my newly purchased condo. They were very professional and understanding while I was having a total melt down with my ceiling falling after the plumbing backed up upstairs & on top of that my hot water heater was leaking at the same time! They did a great job fixing everything! I highly recommend Texas Green Plumbing & I will use them again in the future when I need a plumber!

We couldnt be happier with the service we have received from Texas Green. Our Drains were backing up all the way into the bath tubs on the 2nd floor of our home. Roger and Amber both gave their best and had their amazing technicians out to our home same day with a solution same day! They were fair in their pricing (I thought they actually should have charged a little more) and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. They have earned our business and I will refer them to anyone I know in need!

The plumber showed up on time and did do the job he was asked to do, which was to replace a shut off valve for a toilet. It is literally less than half an hour of work and less than $20 in parts and they charged my wife $360! Unfortunately she didn't know any better when she was quoted the estimate. I wish I could have been available. So, if you are a woman that wants to taken for granted these guys will to the job and rake you over the coals at $700+ an hour.
