They are listed on my Castle Rock Home list as the plumbers to call if I have any issues. My master bathroom toilet started pouring water from the pipe tonight so I called because they are listed as the emergency number, I called the office at 5:20 pm they stated they would have the on call person to call me and have someone heading my way. Three calls later and it was 6:40 pm the on call Supervisor called me and I was telling him what the issue was he continued by cutting me off and asking how many bathrooms did I have in the house and to turn off the water and someone would call me Monday. I tried to explain to him that the water was off but it was still linking he stated "LADY you have other toilets to use and your home is 6 months old and that they were not responsible for what I put down my toilet" after I composed myself I told him nothing was down the toilet it was from the pipe in the wall he proceeded to ask who my builder was and I told him I had already contact them and they told me to call you, he then stated never mind I will call them myself and hung the phone up in my face!!! I am in disbelief after I spoke to castle rock's construction manager he put in a call and did not get a call back,! So basically "use your other bathrooms bitch we will get to you when we want to" I hope the right people see this because I will be speaking to the builder because this company is listed as their plumbing service. Is this really the plumbing company you want doing business with @castlerockscommunities I hope not. @texasexpressplumbing I am truly shock and disappointed

Texas Express came to repair a burst pipe in my attic after the freeze in February and left water soaked insulation on my sheetrock in attic causing additional damage. After the water was turned back on, there was n o water in master bath. Company said another plumber would come to fix the issue. I spoke to the owner and he kept saying it wasn't his fault. I told him I am not placing blame. I just wanted it fixed. At that time it was almost impossible to get a plumber scheduled in Houston due to the freeze. I would call every day to find out about the schedule and was told I would get a call about service call timing. I gave up and finally got another plumber. It is almost six weeks later and never heard back from TEXAS Express.

The WORST plumbing company to deal with. Shoddy work, inexperienced technicians. Not honorable. My shower leaked water, refused to repair. Had to sue them in court. Do not call this plumbing company. They will be your worst nightmare!

Quick, on time, honest, professional & very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about Texas Express. They have come to my rescue several times now; always courteous & knowledgeable. Recently they replaced my hot water heater, and without charge they graciously fixed a running toilet while they waited for the water to heat! I highly recommend!

Their driver raced through our neighborhood at about 65 MPH - I contronter him about it and took pictures. There are other reviews here about unsafe driving - maybe these reviews will one day be mentioned in a lawsuit against the owner as proof of negligence since he obviously hasn't addressed it.

My landscaper broke the main pipe to the house water supply September 25th . He repaired the break that evening. When we woke up in the morning water was flowing down the driveway leaking again. I called Texas plumbing and they had someone out before noon and repaired it fast with no leaks now.

Had plumbing issue with our new home and our home builder referred them for warranty repair. The repair bill was $450 for 20 minutes of using plumbing snake it was not covered under warranty due to the clog was not caused by construction. if I knew the cost was this steep I would have gotten quotes from other plumbers as well. they were two hours late to the promised arrival time because their contractor got lost. We had to cancel other plans to wait for them. They did get the job done but I will not be calling them for our plumbing problem in the future due to high cost and poor professionalism.
