I live in the Westchase area of Houston and a neighborhood Facebook person recommended Shane Ryan. Several other people in neighborhood used him too, so I had him address my dripping outdoor hose faucets. I had hoped he would just replace the 60+ year old washers, but he recommended no washer replacement spouts, which I agreed to and he did the job quickly. I liked that he responded even faster to phone calls and texts.
I found Ryan very personable and his labor/equipment rates acceptable. I'll use him again given his quick responses to questions and pricing.
