Contacted this establishment on 2/6/23 for someone to come out to my home to service a leak that was detected by the city of League City. My appointment was scheduled for 2/7/24 between 9am-10am. I received a call from Chris on 2/7 asking to push back our appointment due to being on another job so I agreed to 4pm. At 6pm, I received a call from Chris stating a tool was left behind at the previous job and he needed to reschedule. Super inconvenient considering I took off from work to be present for my appointment and as a teacher, we are not given many days to request off per school year. Needless to say I will not recommend this company to anybody.

Amazing customer service!! My manifold cap was leaking water everywhere all down the wall and into the garage! I called this guy this morning and he helped me fix my problem over the phone and didn't charge me a dime! The 5 STARS are true!! Call him if you need any plumbing work!! Excellent job installing tankless water heater and removal of old 40 gallon tank. The plumbers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Within the first few minutes, they had already hauled the 15-year-old, 40 gallon water heater out of the attic and out of my house. Now I have a new, tankless water heater and don't have to worry about what could happen with 40 gallons of hot water above our heads in the attic.

Excellent prompt service, extremely knowledgeable and finally, some of the kindest folks I've met in this service. Went out of their way to come out and take a look at an urgent toilet plumbing issue. Arrived within 30mins of my frantic call. The owner has responded quickly when needed and has come out himself on a early Saturday morning. We have been satisfied overall with the work and prices. I was recently informed that it appeared I had a leak in the exterior water line. The city sent a crew out and informed me there was a leak between house and meter. After checking several leads I contacted Texas Best. They were very professional and courteous. They asked some questions and they could come by in a couple of hours. I telephoned around 3 o'clock. They arrived in less than an hour and looked the scene. My yard was so full of water you wold think a storm and come in and not run off. They offered 2 options and told me one way more expensive because they could not see any bubbling to pinpoint the leak. The second option less expensive was to run a new line from meter to house. This should last several years. They can put the next morning a round 8. By 1030 they were thru. They even did a good job of cleanup. The exposed ground will have grass full in very quickly.
The crew was very polite and very hard working. I would use them again with no problem. I would recommend them with out reservation.

Job was done properly and on time (on weekend, but it was not an emergency, so I could have waited). Plumber showed up 5 minutes earlier that scheduled, made recommendations on how to perform the task "the right way". Very nice guy, gave me another end elbow for free, "just in case". The business owner contacted me in a few days to follow up, very honest, friendly and customer service oriented guy. Will definitely use them again in the future

I had an issue with my sink being stopped up and I sent them a request and they immediately answered my request, had a tech out the same day. James came by with a wonderful attitude and fixed my sink in a fast, efficient, professional manner. It exceeded my expectations! The price was very reasonable for an emergency situation. Great service! I had guests in from out of town and my toilet decided to back up! Crappy timing (pun intended). So I filled out an online request form because it was after hours. I received a courteous call the next morning before 8am! The pleasant lady asked if I still needed service and that they had a slot open and they could send guys out immediately. They showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. They snaked the drain from the clean out located outside the house. The price was reasonable, $189, as far as plumbing rates go. The guys they sent were professional, quick, and thorough. I recommend Texas Best Plumbing, they have earned their high ratings!

Requested a quote and sent pictures on installing a toilet. Cairo came out and did an awesome job installing it on a hard tile floor after removing the old flange that broke off. They did a wonderful job and highly recommend them and will use them again.
