I read the other people's reviews all over 2 years old that was at the beginning of the company he was honest and told me he had more work then he could handle I had them come out for different problems I didn't have a lot of money and they had a good price compared to other companies they gave me a time frame window like the cable, gas ,electric company and his technician Daniel was awesome solved my issues .one of my children had flushed a toy (which I didn't know) he removed the toilet and found the toy jammed way up in the bottom....another time everything was over flowing in my house with sewer water and my tree in the yard had grown into my sewer line his crew was there within a day and dug up and replaced my sewer line in a day and didn't charge me an arm and a leg I got quotes from other companies and they were 2 times the amount....sewer lines still doing good I would recommend Eddie the owner he is very polite great contractor he showed up and got down in the hole with his crew the man isn't afraid to roll his sleeves up....

This is the most poorly ran business I have ever had to deal with.

We were matched with them through our Home Warranty Company and after saying he was on his way for TWO days, never showing up at the scheduled time, never calling to reschedule and never answering his phone or returning calls. He finally stops by with no notice, leaves a card saying "waited 30 minutes." Well we have waited two weeks for you to call us back and then two days for you to show up. The lack of communication is inexcusable and his customer service is severely lacking. I would recommend watching YouTube before I recommended this company.

Never use TEX Gon plumbing!

I have had a horrible experience that I am still dealing with. Tex GON plumbing company was assigned to me on 2/28/21 by my home warranty company. It is now 3/10/21. The home warranty and I have not been able to contact him this entire process. The man showed up unannounced and asked if we wanted a new water heater (paid for by our home warranty company) without even inspecting our water heater, he checked the model number and left 3/2/21. We have not heard from him since. I have called multiple times, texted no response. My home warranty said the water heater was available for him to pick 3/5/21. The warranty company will not switch my contractor yet even though he has not responded to any of their calls or emails. I have begged and pleaded with the home warranty company multiple times a day. They said 48 hours they would have an answer and today at 3:30pm was 48hrs still no answers and running us in circles. I am very frustrated and have been without hot water for several days now. I have read so many similar reviews about this man. Please beware and NEVER use Eddie the owner of Tex-Gon pluming in Abilene TX!
