We'd never used Tew's before, but when Justin came out, he quickly took care of our problem. He is super professional and so happy to make suggestions that we can do ourselves and educated us on our well system. We can not recommend Justin Tew more than any plumber we've ever worked with. If you are in the Pilot Mountain area and need a plumber, you won't find a better professional to take care of your situation than Tew's Plumbing. Tew's put in our toilet, sink and shower when we had our tiny master bathroom renovated. They did an excellent job. He also installed a new kitchen faucet for me, which was not part of the job and his fee was very reasonable. Great guys!

I contacted Tew's Plumbing around 8AM requesting help that required a plumber. I got a return call around 9AM asking what the problem was. The lady that answered the phone was courteous and personable. She stated that she would contact the service associate about the problem I had. The Plumber was knocking at the door at around 9:30AM. He worked on the problem I had for about three and a half hours and got the job done. I am well pleased with the service he provided and with the entire experience I had with Tew's Plumbing. Also, the price he charged for the job was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. They fixed my problem quickly and at a very good price. I will call them again if or when I have other plumbing issues.

Was a first time customer. Called early AM, wife is answering service; I stated my problem. Within fifteen minutes, she responded. Plumber came out within the hour of my first call to deal with my water leak. He is a young licensed certified plumber, very knowledgeable, fast to diagnose the problem, fast to fix it and wasted no time standing around talking. And let me tell you something else. He is flexible. While he was here, I gave him two more jobs to do (all somewhat minor for him) but he gladly took them on without complaining about having other customers to get too. Usually they will tell you they'll have to come back and attend to any additional problems but not this man. He ended up spending 3 hours at my house fixing more than my original problem. Don't waste your time hiring Handymen for your plumbing needs. When this guy fixes something, it's fixed permanently and you will have peace of mind. I plan to call him back to do more work.

I had a leak in my basement that I had been babysitting for a couple months now, but when I came home last night to check on it I heard dripping on the other side of my basement. The water was shooting out of the pipe on to my baseboards. Panic mode. I called Tew's plumbing and got an appointment for the following morning. When Justin showed up he immediately treated my house like it was his in the best way possible. I thought I knew what to shut off and where to drain the water, but I was very wrong. He gave me great instructions on what to do in case I need to shut off my water in an emergency. Then he repaired both leaks, and found another while fixing the others. I was very impressed with his work and his attitude. I couldn't be more happy with the repair and the price! Tew's plumbing will now be my first and last call whenever I have a plumbing issues. I can't believe how wonderful and professional this company is. I called them on a Sunday. I didn't want to because it being the weekend I thought it would cost a fortune. I had a pipe to break under the house. They came out, fixed the pipe in no time flat. The price was so reasonable, I couldn't believe it. I don't usually write reviews but I want people to know how great this company is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
