This is literally the best inspector in the entire area. His prices and quality, along with the customer service that is above and beyond what is expected will beat the other inspectors with more reviews. I wish I would have used him the first time. I had to get 2 inspections, because the first guy wasn't nearly as thorough as Testa. What's even better is that he is so certain, he would stand by it in court. Tell me another one that would do that. He actually cares about you, vs I felt like a number with others. Not my problem, kinda thing. Testa has your back and he's on time, priced right, and will make sure you get the best inspection, and when you need it, because he has that integrity, job pride, and work ethic. I will use him again in the future.
