The plumbers came to my house to fix a leaky pipe under my bathroom sink while I was gone and my wife was just at the house. After they realized they didn't have the right part the left the house and came back and hour later with the correct part, however they didn't tell my wife they were going to charge her for that time, and didn't give her and estimate on what it would cost. $355 later ($50 in parts, and rest in ""labor"") they fixed the problem. They refused to cut me a break on the price. Won't use them again.

I called Terry on the recommendation of another respected contractor after having scheduling issues with another (more expensive) plumbing company, and I'm so glad I did. His crew was on time, courteous, friendly, and completed a tricky job tying into a sewer line in the basement of my 90 year old home to add a new bathroom, which - I don't care who you are - cannot have been fun. Terry sent the bid quickly, and ended up being able to send the crew ahead of schedule. They draped the room completely, even though the rest of the space is unfinished and under construction, and cleaned up so completely that it took me 2 days to realize they had finished (they had to haul out old concrete and dirt up the stairs and down my driveway, and I kid not... there isn't so much as a crumb to indicate they did it... I'm tempted to ask them to clean the rest of my house!). They came on time, got the first phase done ahead of schedule, and the work looks fantastic. As a business owner, I know that good employees only stick around if they're being treated well, and that's one more feather in his cap- this crew is fantastic. Wish I had found them sooner. We'll absolutely be calling again. Thank you!

Terry's Plumbing deserves a full five stars. They returned my call promptly. Gave me a quote via text after I sent them pictures of our problem. Their prices were very competitive. Brett showed within the time frame they arranged. He called before they arrived to let me know that they would be there within 15 minutes and sure enough they arrived within 15 minutes. Brett notified me how much it was going to cost for the problem we did not have a quote on before they proceeded with the work. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again!
