My sewer clogged up and I called Terrys the secretary was quick to get me on the schedule and for the same day. The gentleman that came out was very polite on time and was able to get it open quickly. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.. Thank You

i called terry's plumbing to get a bid and was told someone would be there at 7;30am the guy showed up at 8;30 and when he walked in the door i said hello he said what do you got i said i said hello he started screaming and wanting to fight i told him you need to leave he then went outide and continued screaming and cussing and telling me to come out and fight after a minute he left i then called and spoke to owner who informed me that was his son and he didnt beleive me because his son wasn't a fighter and then asked me if i had any witnesses and told me he was a fighter and would i like to meet him somewhere.i was very shocked that the owner of a business would talk like this to someone.

Would give ZERO stars if possible!!! My issue was worse after they left!!! Called in thinking I was going to leave a message for them at the office to call me the next day and someone answers the phone by burping in my ear 3 times! Finally says hello and I ask if it's Terry's Plumbing throws the phone downs and starts yelling for someone else to pick it up! Terry the owner FINALLY gets on the phone and is irritated I'm calling his house. I tell him I am pretty sure I am NOT the one at his office who forwarded the phone to his house be mad at them I was going to leave a message. After telling him my issue is WAY worse his response is ""WHAT do you expect??? You ONLY spent a $1,025 on this job!!! My guys were only suppose to be there 4 hours and were there all day! I don't have bionic eyes and can see under the earth!!!"" I told him ""What I expect for ONLY $1,025 is for it NOT to be WORSE!!!!!"" His exact response was ""Well after paying my guys I didn't make any money off of it after paying my guys"" Pretty sure that is not my fault! His estimator bid the job out at $900 I ended up paying $1,025 and the job was worse. The next day we and he still can care less and tells us to call Roto-Rooter. So after another $475 the job is done RIGHT. Terry can care less about his customers and has NO problem ripping them off at all. No sorry, no refund no nothing! Horrible business horrible owner.

Water heater problem. Gave a FREE estimate. Terry himself works with the crew. Polite, fast, trustworthy & professional. In and out under 3 hours. Fair on price. Doesn't bullshit you. Recommendable.

Terry's Plumbing installed a water heater for us when ours broke. Another plumbing company came out to fix an unrelated problem and noted that the water heater was not installed to code (it was lacking an expansion tank and rigid copper was not used). When I contacted Terry, he claimed that they always notify customers when they are about to install something not to code, yet we were never informed at the time of installation. Now, they are willing to come back out and install it, but for an additional fee. What a terrible business practice to install something improperly and then charge extra to fix it.
