charged me over $200 dollars and did very little . Problem even worse after he left .

Had a couple of minor issues that needed to be corrected around my home. I called Terry's Plumbing and was pleased to actually have a person answer my call and set up an appointment. My tech Josh showed up a few minutes early but they called to confirm it was good with me. All issues corrected. Josh also found a crack in the case of my garbage disposer which answered the question as to where the rust colored water was coming from under my sink. The disposer had a crack in the case. I would never thought to check there. So another problem eliminated before it became an issue.

We have used Terry's previously when our water heater went out at Thanksgiving and they did a great job. So, when we found a leak under our kitchen sink yesterday (while preparing for a block party) they were our first thought. To fix the leak with a long term solution, they fixed the plumbing under our sink so it would not have so many areas of connection (less points to leak). We realized the previous work was done only with a compression (no adhesive, etc.) so they corrected that also. Since they had to come out anyways, I asked them to look at our master toilet and they replaced the guts so that it will fill correctly going forward. Terry's plumbing (and Jason) are timely, professional, and courteous. Thanks for another great job!

No organization in this company. I wanted to get a whole house water purifying system installed and spoke with the owner who told me to send all info about this system and installation instructions to him via email to get an estimate. I did and waited 5 days with no response. After 5 days I called again to get a bunch of excuses from his secretary and that they needed to schedule a time first for someone to stop by and give me an estimate. Hello...the email was supposed to be sufficient to get me an estimate. All info was included. If I have to wait 2 weeks to get an estimate and who knows how long to get the job done and multiple calls from my side, then I am assuming this company doesn't have their facts together and is totally disorganized. Needless to say, I hired someone else.

Top notch! Quick and affordable. Fixed the problem in no time and the cost was well below what we expected.

Called for garbage disposal installation. They were out within just a couple of days, and did some additional work while they were here. The young man who was the plumber was very capable, quick, and pleasant. Would have these people come back anytime. Highly recommend them.

I had a clogged drain and was informed that they don't unclog drains. Really? A plumber doesn't unclog drains, unbelievable.

My rating is a zero. So bad I had to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They failed to respond to BBB so the BBB recommended I contact a lawyer and take legal action.
