Terry's plumbing they are big time crooks do not waste your time and money. Guy came to my house and charge me $900 for a $100 job after I call and complain the manager reduce the price.

This plumber is what gives plumbers a bad name,I called for a backed up drain,they came out and snaked it,5 days later it was backing up again,they came back and this time they used a camera,800$ for the camera they said the pipe was completely blocked and it would cost 7000$ to repair.I asked them to email me my receipt and the proposal so I could look into my insurance.The next day I didn't receive either in my mail,and after several calls,by closing time I still didn't receive an email,meanwhile I called around and another company came out,they also used a camera 400$ charge that would be canceled if I used their company (Terry's only offered 1/2back),and their estimate was2500-3500,so they started work.The next day went by with multiple phone calls yet no email,not even the receipt for the 800$ I already paid!The next day by around 2-3 pm I finally did get my receipt and estimate,again stating 7000$ plus they did leave openings for increasing the price, I called to let them know I decided to go with a different company and then they said they would give back the 800,I told them even with that they were too high,then to add insult to injury,they tried telling me they sent the wrong estimate,mine was only 2700$""""""""..I reminded them they told us in person 7000,how could it now suddenly drop,now on top of thieves they chose to be liars,not a company I would ever do business with again!

Terry's Plumbing will come to your home very quickly when you call them but will try to charge you for things you don't need at a very high price. The work quality is very average but most importantly watch the plumber like a hawk, some of my super expensive plumbing parts went missing when he left! Every time I see their trucks I get angry. Also pricing is VERY high for the quality of work. .

I didn't have an emergency, but they had someone come out the same day, no extra charge, and replaced my garbage disposal. Repair man was professional, quick and knowledgable. No problems. (The labor price was $135.)

I'm not much of a review writer as I am always super busy. This is a big exception though. My wife and I decided to watch some Youtube videos and change out all of our shower hardware. It's all 'VERY EASY' to do...UNLESS you run into problems like copper pipes not being long enough to clear the O ring in the Moen slip on shower faucet. Then it's back and forth to Home Depot, Lowes...etc a total of 8 TIMES getting grease, caulk, couplings, pipe cutter, a special tool to screw the drain in, plumbers putty....etc. Only to find out that it was taking way too much time and we were running into way too many complications. 2 weeks slipped by us with tools in the tub and no usage in the upstairs shower. I called a plumber and he came over and said """"the wall has to be torn out so I can get back in there and replace the pipe with a longer one. That starts around 700.00"""". I told him thanks but not going to do that and paid him 100.00 for the trip over and he left. I told my wife...""""I am going to call ONE MORE PLUMBER and if they tell me the same thing I will beg them to do it less than 700.00"""" and was hoping for a different solution. I called Terry's Plumbing and promptly James Morgan showed up. He came in and assessed it....he mentioned the wall be taken out being the easiest way perhaps to do this but....he had an idea..... He thought about it a minute...went to his truck and grabbed some supplies...and an hour later the spout was soldered and in place thru a small hole in the wall. He went in like a surgeon, basically threaded a needle and removed the old pipe ..and put the new one in..all thru a small hole. Pressure tested it and it was perfect! I mentioned that I was unsure about our work on the drain as well..he checked that and it was in there WRONG. He quickly fixed that...checked the shower head that we installed that was leaking and did a little maneuvering on that and fixed that. Then was out the door. I can't even begin to explain how grateful my wife and I are that this is done and was done so quickly and affordably. In addition James has people skills...super pleasant guy to talk to and he explained what he was doing before and as he was doing it. There is ZERO doubt about who to call for our downstairs bathroom when we are ready to do that and I will certainly recommend them to anyone that asks. HONEST, quick and painless. Terry's Plumbing charged me trip charges to retrieve supplies that should have been in the truck. A one hour job turned into a 5 hour job. Very overpriced!! Would not recommend this company. :-(

Total rip-off. Overpriced. Charged over $500.00 labor to remove and install a new faucet that I supplied.

Our tech, Mark could not have been more efficient and professional. Issue: no hot water. Once the problem was confirmed, we went over the options. With a couple of parts replaced, we are relieved to be back to normal. On-time and very courteous. I will use this service again. Thanks Mark!
