We called three plumbers out that could not solve a problem on an older home we purchased. They came out and solved it within 30 minutes! They were actually referred to us by a plumbing company that wasn't able to help us. Would highly recommend!

New to the State and area and not fully moved yet. Came down and AC was not working on 18 month old unit. Installer can't be here for a week and saw Terry's Plumbing truck in the neighborhood. Spoke to the guys but they were not AC trained but gave me a card. Called and they had someone there first thing the next day. Jacob could not be any more professional or knowledgeable (I am pretty savvy and tested everything already and knew it was capacitor or coolant loss. Long story short they covered the manufactures warranty, got the part and fixed the next morning. Zero issues with them and now have a plumber and AC company I can rely on. Everyone from the first contact,appointment arranger and tech were fantastic. I was tight for time to travel back North and they came through

Absolutely not. The """"plumbers"""" were nice but they didn't fix the problem and wanted us to pay over 200.00 in service fees. I said no. I'm paying for results - not """"trying"""". I owned a computer company years ago. If we didn't correct the problem we didn't get paid. I wanted a written estimate to cut out the pvc pipe and replace it. Never heard from them again. Ended up paying 25.00 plus pvc pipe to get it fixed. Crazy. We had used them before. I wonder how much we were ripped off then. We did tip the workers. Not their fault.

I had a water leak into a closet and thought it might be an underground leak within the concrete. The young man from Terry's Plumbing listened closely to what I had to say then began to check various sources of the water. Within 15 min he found that the overflow line on my air conditioning system was not working thus the water was overflowing from the drip pan. I was very pleased of the professionalization that this young man showed. Terry's Plumbing will be my first call if I ever have a plumbing problem again.

We had a backed up toilet late in the day at a space we are renting that is joined to the building in back of us. The owner of the building was out of town so we had to let tthe plumber into our space to get to the blockage. After several hours the plumber told us the blockage was on the other street, which I knew already as I tried to unblock it myself. The plumber unblocked the blockage and than asked my wife for payment, the second my wife told him we are not the building owner he said he was calling the police for non payment. My wife starting cryinG and got very scared and on top of that he called her a wussy and I heard him mutter some other profanity. The lady in the office was nice on the phone but the plumber they sent was such a terrible person, what kind of company employs people who threaten customers in a second. I still get over how much my wife was scared and upset. Just horrible human being. He should never be allow to deal withh other people

We called Terry's when we noticed a slow leak between our supply line and shut off valve on our toilet. When I received the bill, I saw they replaced nearly everything inside the toilet (except the flush handle) for which they charged me nearly $400. I had not authorized any work done except to fix the leak in the supply line / shut off valve. The first time we flushed the toilet, the water would not stop running. We called Terry's back. This time they told us the flush handle needed to be replaced. However, it was not covered under the repair they just did. They did not have the handle in stock, and it took three weeks for them to come back and replace the flush handle. It was a 10 minute job for which they charged 1 1/2 hours labor and the cost of a new handle. I called Terry's office and spoke with a Tristan who told me he would look into the matter and call me later that day. He never called me back and that was three weeks ago. I have since called Terry's four times, and they will not return my calls. I recommend you find another plumbing service.

I don't even want to give them one star if there is an option! be aware this business especially the lady in billing department manager. I had a leaking hose in my pool deck, the first technical came and told me there is no issues, didn't do anything and left a bill for me for $126. The leaking was still there and we had to make a call to them again. The second technician came and still didn't fix the leaking. I called them the third time and finally this technician changed the part and stopped the leaks. Then I got a bill for another $196. I was arguing with the billing department that they should give me credit that they came in without fixing anything. Now the billing department lady said to me that the first technician changed the faucet which he had never done, and she insists me to providing my credit card to pay her. She is such a liar and I warn everyone in Sarasota not to go do business with them. They are not honest and overcharge the trip that they didn't even fix the issues, and worst of all, they are lying to the things that didn't even do!!! It's a rip off!!! 1/21/19: I updated this review and after the business owner Terry R sent me a message and discard the third charges. I appraise Terry's prompt review and honor the situation. You can see sometimes how a bad hire can damage the business. In service business it is important to build your credibility and honesty.

Beware this plumbing business. My experience was they were called to fix 3 different issues and after 2 visits and almost $300, I still have basically the same 3 issues. Additionally and almost more importantly, is that after making 2 calls to 'management ' and waiting 2 weeks (considering the holidays) in an attempt to express my concerns and dissatisfaction, I am yet to get a call back. I would never use Terry's Plumbing and Air and would warn anyone in need of plumbing services to find a plumber that truly offers SERVICE.

Saturday I had a horrible issue with my toilet that was overflowing into the floor with no prevail for some hours, after my property manager was notified she contacted Terry's Plumbing and Devyn came out within less than an hour of receiving the call. He went above and beyond to find what the issue was and fixed it as quickly as he could. He even took the time to take my dirty towels to my washer and clean up the bathroom before he left since it was such a bad odor resignating from it. He turned a panic attack kind of Saturday into a good situation and reassured me that it was all going to be okay. Not only was he pleasant the whole time, but he really went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was taken care of and the issue was resolved. I would give him a 10 out of 5 and will make sure to refer Terry's to every person I find that needs a plumber!!!! To the owner of the company, please give Devyn a raise and thank you for having such caring employees!
