Terry was great! He was able to come to our place with only a days notice. He scoped (camera) our pipes to find a break, helped us find a buried clean out in the front yard and cleared roots from our front line. He also had time to check our furnace and clean the burners. Very easy to work with and punctual. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Terry was incredible he is one of the last honest, dependable, hard working business owners. We were so lucky to come across him. We have had a problem for a year and Terry had the job done in the first week. We will not go anywhere else.

Another great job, by Cody, in the middle of a snowstorm, leaking water faucet in laundry room and needed replacement. Cody was concerned about breaking the old faucet by over-tightening (disaster and flooding, got the water shut off and replaced with new faucets. Now both are tight, not leaking and I am able to wash again. Apollo's crew are experienced, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have assisted me with plumbing and heating requests.

The customer service from this company is terrible. I called trying get my fireplace fixed (which they had fixed last year for the same probelem) and was told they are no longer fixing fireplaces and shouldn't expect that the work be under warranty. Then the women answering the phone looked up my account and said I never paid a bill from 2014 (which I would never intentionally do) then she said ""good luck with that"" and hung up me. I called back trying to get an understanding of the unpaid bill and went right to voicemail. When we first remodeled our house in 2005 all of the heating and plumbing work was done by this company and we spent thousands of dollars. Nice customer service!!!

Had Apollo come take a look at my forced air furnace that wasn't coming on at times. The guy arrived and didn't do any diagnostic work at all! He instantly said that I could spend hundreds replacing parts trying to fix it so he recommended replacing it. He gave me a quote of $4200 to replace it and then wanted $110 for the service call. I asked him to break down the estimate and he wouldn't. Furnaces at Home Depot are around $1200 so I thought the estimate was a bit high. I called a different plumbing company to come out and they used a scope to be certain that there were not any cracks in the chamber, adjusted the gas pressure for a more efficient burn, replaced the switch on the front panel and it has been working fine ever since. I asked the 2nd plumber for an estimate to replace the unit and he said $2600. I called the Apollo office back and complained about being charged $110 for basically an estimate and they were very defensive and said they would let the owner know. I have not received a call from the owner and they cashed my $110 check.

I called Terry's Apollo because I needed my water heater replaced with a new one (which I had in my garage waiting for installation). The company (Terry's Apollo) was highly recommended by someone who had used their services. I have no doubt their plumbers and overall quality of work is above par. What was not par and actually pretty sub-par was the lady coordinating the appt to have the plumber come to my house for an assessment/ estimate. She was so lovely (sarcasm). She explained she would call between 9 am and 12pm on appt day to inform when the plumber would be coming. I asked for more details about the logistics of the appt call so I could perhaps do errands and be accessible to the much desired appt (taking baths in 42 degree water isn't fun), she sounded delighted(sarcasm )with my extra coordinating questions, she said "" do your errands we will call you"". They certainly called within the given timeline. Unfortunately the call didn't go through and they left a voicemail at 1126am . I called back at 1146 am and was told they had called and they sent the plumber to my house and because no one was there plumber left and they will have to bump me and my appt. I was not a happy camper and started telling the lovely/friendly lady (sarcasm) in a well mannered way how their appt system did not work and..........,
She hung up on me.
I called back immediately, maybe the call got cut due to bad signal. Voicemail answered and I left message about when would the appt be, never heard back from them.

I have had a couple interactions so far with Apollo and have been rating about a 3, mainly because of issues with scheduling with them. Service and price was OK.
After having acceptable service, I scheduled additional work - a furnace cleaning. They scheduled me a date/time. The date/time came and went but I did receive a call about needing to reschedule for the next day, so we did.
The next day came and went. No call. The following day came and went. No call.
I called them and asked the status. I was told they are busy but I was on the list and not sure why Terry never came by. So I asked what to do and was told ""we're booked"". Being confused I asked what that meant and if I should find another company and was told ""we can schedule you for the end of next week"", which caught me off guard since I thought I was already scheduled, and then was told ""or you can find someone else. Good luck.""
With that I had to leave this review so others could be aware of scheduling issues with Apollo Plumbing and to be prepared if you choose to use them.

""Methinks not"" rating is absolutely right.

Horrible experience all around.

First service call: got charged for double the amount of labor that the technician was actually at the location. On top of that, the problem was not actually fixed; the the toilet functioned the same after the service. This cost the home owner an additional $200.

Second service call: the technician showed up late and did not have the parts (which were already known from the previous service visit) to replace the unit. Didn't have a phone to call to check on the parts; borrowed the resident's phone to make the service call to check on the part (which was apparently down in Reno). Said he would call the home owner to confirm payment, then would call back to schedule another service trip; did not hear back until two days later (this should have already been done?).

Third service call: was not given a service time (told: sometime later in the afternoon, would give me atleast an hour notice, no need to worry). Missed a call @ 1:15 PM saying that the technician would be by in 30 minutes. Called back @ 1:40 PM to confirm that I could not make it there until 2:30 PM (given the short notice); the woman that answered the phone was short and rude (maybe she was just having a bad day?). She claimed that the technician had come by 3 times (which didn't make an sense considering the message that was left only 25 minutes previous sayig the technician would be by 30 minutes later) and that if I was not home the technician would ""leave the entire unit on the door step""...not sure what sort of solution that is..

I called immediately called back, (literally 5 times over the course of 15 minutes) to coordinate; but both numbers provided go to voicemail after 2 rings (it's 2:45 PM on a Wednesday!) and the voicemails are full; so you cannot even leave a message. So I cut what I was doing and rushed home; worried that this could be the last chance after a week of trying to get it fixed. I arrived at the house @ 2:30 PM; there was a note on the doorstep: ""You want your toilet fixed?"".

Quite the anecdote, but this sort of ""shitty"" service deserves the whole picture.

I've been using Apollo Plumbing exclusively now for the past six years. I imagine there are other good local plumbers, but I'll never need to worry about finding one because Apollo has always been top notch. I just had the misfortune to need there services again as a result of a burst pipe. This time Lenny came over to fix it and like others from Apollo he was professional, courteous, and was able to explain exactly what happened and how he needs to fix it. Kudos to Apollo for finding, training, and maintaining such a good staff. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. And now I can go back to enjoying modern conveniences, -like running water...
