It has taken three weeks to get a appointment with this company. Day of appointment nobody called to say they were going to be late or need to reschedule. I had to call to see what was going on only to find out that they didn't even have me down for appointment. The company didn't apologize in regards to their mistake. I do not recommend this company for anything!! You will be waiting forever!!!

Jacob and the Vereen team just left the house. They were very professional and thorough. We recently moved into the house and it was remodeled before we bought it. There was a mistake made with the plumbing that was causing a sewage smell by the washer. The issue was quickly identified and fixed (which required climbing under the house). Very satisfied with the entire experience.

Terry Vereen Plumbing was recommended by Home Advisor... they replied to my request to get an estimate to have our shower fixed (new insert with mortar placed underneath)... Someone came out, said they would get back to me with the estimate, but I never heard anything. I called a week later and inquired about the estimate, and they said they would get back to me soon. Weeks later, still nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had a plumbing emergency, called Terry Vereen they young lady that answered the phone was very kind, plumbers arrived within the 2 hour window I was given and both young men were polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to resolve my issue. I couldn't be happier with my service, great price, and all the people I delt with were easy to talk to, nice people!

Service from technicians is still exemplary at Terry Vereen, but initial reception needs improvement. I spoke with Erica in the front office to book an appointment for a minor issue with my faucet and toilet. She neglected to inform me of new, more expensive labor rates. I also asked a time range to expect the tech. She expressed that the 1-3 time window was open. On the day of service at 2pm, I was called and asked again what services needed to be performed. I called to speak with, Kelly, the front office manager the next day and she let me know that she would speak with her front office team regarding these concerns. I was thankful that the technician accepted my 15% off coupon at the time of service, but when I spoke with Kelly, I wasn't offered any incentive to remain a customer of Terry Vereen after several years of loyalty.

On April 5,2018 we had our house re-piped since it had been thirty years since it was done and at that time the material presently is not up to code. The job went very well the plumbers were very knowledgeable about the job and did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up prior to leaving. We are extremely pleased with this plumbing contractor and will use them for further jobs. My wife and I are retired and its refreshing to know that companies like Terry Vereen Plumbing is operating in the Jacksonville Area. I believe that if you have a plumbing need you will not be displeased when using this company

As a former employee I would say do not do business with this company, the problem boils down to the owner. We were told multiple times to charge things to customers that we did not use or do because the customers are to stupid to know. Also the 7 car pileup on the buckman last week was caused by an employee that was speeding and not paying attention, no administrative action has been taken against this employee. I will say it again do not use this company they will cheat you out of money in a heartbeat and alot of the plumbers are unlicensed.

Asked to be contacted first before doing any work but they did not call me, just did the work and then sent me an invoice. Work was shoddy and had to be redone by another plumber. When I called the office to complain, they did not care. Will NEVER use again nor recommend.

Accidentally flushed a bottle cap down the toilet and it caused a clogged. We found Terry Vereeen Plumbing through HomeAdvisor.com. I called them on Friday morning, the scheduler was very pleasant and courteous on the phone. She gave me an appointment for the following day, Saturday, from 1000-1200. The tech, Mitchell, called me at 1030 saying he was on his way. He was working on my toilet by 1100 and out of the house by 1130. I was quoted something like $145 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour (I didn't write it down, I'm not 100% sure of the exact numbers) so I was expecting an astronomical charge for my stupidity. He only charged me $98. I was very happy with that. The only reason I'm giving 4-stars instead of 5 is because the tech made a small mess (mud on his shoes and toilet water on the bowl). Really minor. If I could give 1/2 stars or 3/4 stars I would. Outstanding service. I will definitely call them back if I need other work done.

Had the main line get clogged and backed up into my bathtub while washing dishes the Friday before Christmas! We were having trouble getting someone to the house due to Holidays. Terry Vereen plumbing showed up within an hour of placing the call. The after hours answering service was prompt with getting the information needed. I got a call about 10 minutes later from the service guy, Shawn, add I was able to explain the situation and he understood in a short time. He explained the after hours cost well and was patient with me when I clarified to be absolutely sure. I like to repeat things. He arrived about 45 minutes after our phone call. He was nice and got straight to work. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and was able to clear the blockage in about 20 minutes! He even Hagee a discount because he was not here a whole hour. He had to snake it from the roof. He tested the drain before packed up to be sure it was clear. I will definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing needs! Now I have a tub to clean!
