Had a fantastic experience this morning after our shower faucet would not turn off. Called and they were able to send someone over pretty quickly which was appreciated since I work from home and had to turn the water off until it was fixed. After sharing what the problem was, we were also told that an added part would be needed to correct how it was originally installed but would prevent the issue from happening again. Love supporting a business right here in our community and feeling satisfied because the work was done thoroughly.

We had our bathroom remodeled. After obtaining 3 quotes, we went with Terry Vereen. Scott, again was Professional. Joe and Luke began the job 9/27/23, next came Ben who did the tile and drywall. Ben was kind and professional after he was done Joe returned with Shawn. I have only good things to say about service We received. The job was completed 10/4. We are very happy with the quality of the work, The professionalism and the price quoted was the price we paid.....We Do plan to use Terry Vereen in the near future for another bathroom project in the master bedroom. I have used Terry Vereen many times over the last three years. They were always very good. Their prices were reasonable, service was great and office skills outstanding. They always got someone out here the next day at the latest. I had a recent plumbing issue. When I called I was told that the next available appointment was five days out. I made the appointment, the tech had a family emergency and there was no back-up plan to get someone out here. The office person I spoke with today was very rude, and sarcastically said """"Well you have another toilet, don't you?"""" I will not be using Terry Vereen again. I am so dissatisfied and disgusted with their service.

Terry Verden Plumbing has my businesses for all my Plumbing needs.. I called Terry Vereen Plumbing for a after hours call, after another company spent almost 4 hours and busted my second bath toilet trying to clear the clogged main bathroom line. Mathew with Terry Vereen Plumbing came out at 9 pm. Even with Mathew coming out at 9pm he's was friendly and very professional like I was his first customer of the day. Mathew accessed the problem within 5 minutes and knew exactly what to do. Within 20 minutes Mathew uncloged the bath room line. Great service and open 24 hours a day. Terry Vereen Plumbing is a home owners dream. Thank you AMcnair

It was time to replace my water heater, and I called terry Vereen since they are in the community. Everyone was extremely courteous, and they quoted me a price which did not change. The plumber showed up on time and did a great job. Only one man drained, removed and installed the new water heater alone. Hats off for a great and timely job. I later noticed I had lost water pressure in my kitchen sink and thought it was the result of the new water heater filling. I left it until the next morning and it was the same. I called Terry Vereen back and they scheduled a plumber to stop by. This time they sent two men, and I paid for two men even though one did virtually all the work. They replaced both the hot and cold stop valves, and that wasn't the problem. They later realized the line between the stop valves and the faucet had become clogged due to sediment coming from the water heater (the kitchen faucet was left on while the water heater was draining). They removed a filter from the line, and the water flowed freely. I was originally told the charge was $69.00, and I wrote the check. The plumber then told me he had made a mistake, and it was $122.00, so I wrote another check. Since the line did not have a problem before the sediment from the water heater and the shut off valves actually didn't need to be replaced, I feel as if I was taken advantage of in a major way. A reputable company would have said, """"It was our mistake and our fault, and we will absorb the additional charge"""". I feel taken advantage of since I most likely paid for the 'helper"""" with the actual plumber as well as the replacement shut-off valves (which didn't need to be replaced"""". I am sorry to have to say this, but I WOULD NOT recommend Terry Vereen for that reason alone. The guy who changed out the water heater was great, and I was aware of the cost ($900.00) before he came. I was totally not prepared for the additional charge when all that was truly needed was to flush the line from the shut-off valves to the kitchen faucet.

Very disappointed, they told me at 3pm they would be there at 5:30pm to fix a simple pipe and the answering service kept saying they were on the way, or would get back and never did. I waited til 11pm finally gave up. Got mad at the answering service for giving me the run around, then and only then did I get a call from the actual plumber. By then I didn't want him here at that hour. I will find another plumber.

It has taken three weeks to get a appointment with this company. Day of appointment nobody called to say they were going to be late or need to reschedule. I had to call to see what was going on only to find out that they didn't even have me down for appointment. The company didn't apologize in regards to their mistake. I do not recommend this company for anything!! You will be waiting forever!!!

Jacob and the Vereen team just left the house. They were very professional and thorough. We recently moved into the house and it was remodeled before we bought it. There was a mistake made with the plumbing that was causing a sewage smell by the washer. The issue was quickly identified and fixed (which required climbing under the house). Very satisfied with the entire experience.

Terry Vereen Plumbing was recommended by Home Advisor... they replied to my request to get an estimate to have our shower fixed (new insert with mortar placed underneath)... Someone came out, said they would get back to me with the estimate, but I never heard anything. I called a week later and inquired about the estimate, and they said they would get back to me soon. Weeks later, still nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had a plumbing emergency, called Terry Vereen they young lady that answered the phone was very kind, plumbers arrived within the 2 hour window I was given and both young men were polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to resolve my issue. I couldn't be happier with my service, great price, and all the people I delt with were easy to talk to, nice people!
