Accidentally flushed a bottle cap down the toilet and it caused a clogged. We found Terry Vereeen Plumbing through HomeAdvisor.com. I called them on Friday morning, the scheduler was very pleasant and courteous on the phone. She gave me an appointment for the following day, Saturday, from 1000-1200. The tech, Mitchell, called me at 1030 saying he was on his way. He was working on my toilet by 1100 and out of the house by 1130. I was quoted something like $145 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour (I didn't write it down, I'm not 100% sure of the exact numbers) so I was expecting an astronomical charge for my stupidity. He only charged me $98. I was very happy with that. The only reason I'm giving 4-stars instead of 5 is because the tech made a small mess (mud on his shoes and toilet water on the bowl). Really minor. If I could give 1/2 stars or 3/4 stars I would. Outstanding service. I will definitely call them back if I need other work done.

Had the main line get clogged and backed up into my bathtub while washing dishes the Friday before Christmas! We were having trouble getting someone to the house due to Holidays. Terry Vereen plumbing showed up within an hour of placing the call. The after hours answering service was prompt with getting the information needed. I got a call about 10 minutes later from the service guy, Shawn, add I was able to explain the situation and he understood in a short time. He explained the after hours cost well and was patient with me when I clarified to be absolutely sure. I like to repeat things. He arrived about 45 minutes after our phone call. He was nice and got straight to work. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and was able to clear the blockage in about 20 minutes! He even Hagee a discount because he was not here a whole hour. He had to snake it from the roof. He tested the drain before packed up to be sure it was clear. I will definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing needs! Now I have a tub to clean!

My water heater sprang a leak. Being on the second floor, the sense of emergency was even greater (even though it does have a drip pan). I called Vereen on the recommendation of another plumber (he was too busy to help). The lady at Vereen said they would have someone out in a few hours. The tech (Shaun) showed up right as promised. He was very professional, courteous and obviously quite skilled. He left zero mess and his piping was artwork. Best of all they were able to quote a standard price for this particular task which covered pretty much everything. And the price was extremely reasonable. I will have no problem calling Vereen for future plumbing """"events"""".

We had Vereen Plumbing help us with our house when we purchased it in 1999. They did a full repipe and it was amazing. We have not had an issue with plumbing since then. We recently contacted them for a hot water heater change out, but used someone else due to the other plumber as part of the TECO tankless hot water heater program.

I called to have a leaking faucet repaired as was quoted $110.00 for the Service charge for the first hour plus any parts. The plumber came and ended up replacing 2 plastic valve stems and spent a total of 20 minutes here. Imagine my shock when I was charged $210.00!! When questioning the tech, I was told that what they charge and that is what I needed to pay. I could have replaced the entire faucet for less! They ripped me off this time, but will never have another chance to do it again! Absolute thieves!

The women in the office who do the schedules and answer the phones are incompetent and are RUDE and NASTY to the people calling for appointments. DO THEY KNOW WE are paying there salary? I think not. By the reviews the OWNER MUST NOT CARE how his staff treats his customers as there are a lot of people who complain about the women in the office. The plumbers are very nice and they even talk how the women are in the office and how they have to DEAL WITH them too!!!!

Logan was my tech. Very polite and professional. He was early to the job and called ahead of time to ask if it was okay to come to my home. Quickly located the issue. Would use this business again and would recommend.

I had a bubbling toilet when I took a shower and called Terry Vereen who sent out two very young-looking men to fix the stoppage. They located the drain pipe in the back yard, ran 10-12 feet of line from the pipe opening by the house toward the septic tank. They flushed the toilet (which had always flushed), and pronounced the drain clear. I had to leave town the next day and was gone for a week in California. The second or third day I was back, the bubbling began again. It was on the weekend, so I had to wait until the work week to call them. It was Wednesday before I called. They said no warranty on stoppages, but I explained no one had even been in the house to use water, and it was clear the stoppage had not been fixed when they were here. They wouldn't budge. I called Darley Plumbing who came out and worked more than an hour removing large amounts of grease from the line from the kitchen drain. $118, but definitely worth it. I will not be calling Vereen again.

Have used this company before and they have been okay..by okay I mean they show up and tell us what we can do to fix the problem ourselves. This time I scheduled an appointment for them to replace a tiny piece of PVC on our pool pump...maybe a ten minute job...and nobody ever showed up. When the window in which they told me to wait expired by half and hour I called and they were not worried with getting anyone to me today. I cancelled and will never call them again.

They fixed a broken pipe in our backyard yesterday. It was an emeregency call as the water was actively flooding out and they were nice enough not to charge us the after hours fee. They charged us for the exact amount of time they were here and the two young men (Matt and the other name escapes me) were very poite and professional. Great job!
